I can’t believe how terrible our pizza from Pizza Hut was. The sausage was slimy, stinky, and completely disgusting. It didn’t taste like anything I’ve ever had before, and the smell was unbearable. The other topping didn’t even belong on the pizza—it was rubbery and equally awful.
This isn't the first time we've had terrible experiences at this location. We've given it multiple chances, but it’s always bad. I called to complain, and they offered a store credit (which I absolutely refused) or to send a new pizza (again, no thank you). Both toppings were terrible, and the pizza reeked.
Because of them, we won't even eat at another Pizza Hut for the rest of our lives. Such a shame. Just stay far away from this place—definitely the worst pizza experience we’ve ever had!

Nobody answers the phone, my orders have been cancelled multiple times. I just wanna confirm that Im getting my money back. This pizza Hut is awful, I don't know why keep ordering from them.

My pizza arrived what can only be explained inedible.I understand not to expect much from the st. Peters area but come on what's all of your problem? Selena was zero help they don't care like everyone else in the area you are the most horrible people on earth. St. Peters you should be ashamed of how your people act. The people that work at this pizza hut is proof of how horrible this town is. Your people run businesses like bullies on a playground.

The manager could have definitely handled the interaction better. I didnt even care that they had to remake my pizza because they dropped one. After I waited 20 minutes on the remake and saw an employee put mine in the warmer (the manager said it was a remake). I waited another 5 minutes and then asked the manager (who never acknowledged me) if needed to wait on another employee to get my pizza and she yelled at me about being patient and having to wait. Having a bad day or short staffed ok, but not my problem as a customer who was already being patient and understanting. Not well done.

Customer service was not good. I was ignored for like 15 mins before even being acknowledged even tho she looked at me at the counter. Was also rude when I asked about how long it would take. The rudeness we were given you not want to go back here.
If I wanted to cook, I'd run to the store and get the ingredients to make a pizza. This is the last time you guys send me a half cooked pizza.

We had not ordered from pizza hut for years but we thought we would try it after seeing their ads. That was a big mistake. The people were nice enough and the large veggie pizza was $26.we we really hoping it would be loaded with toppings, but were sadly disappointed after being able to count how few of the 1/4 inch cubes of tomato and a few pieces of onion there were on it. It was the worst pizza we had eaten in a long time. Can't really say much more than that. VERY dissatisfied.

Ordered delivery at 9pm. Waited 20 minutes, they sent the order to DoorDash. 10 minutes later it arrives, without the double order of breadsticks or sauces. You can tell they were holding onto the food before sending it out with DoorDash. Smh.

Sends us the wrong delivery order, accuses us of lying until she finally took our phone number, then admitted they sent us the wrong food and sent us the correct order presumingly late and cold. TERRIBLE STORE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We'll stick to papa johns from now on.

Intense & EXTREMELY disrespectful for quite literally no reason. I was the only customer there with an online order & the woman at the front desk was insanely rude & short with me from the get go. Immediately after that she proceeded to laugh/scream at a woman who was obviously having a difficult time ordering due to broken English. She was completely unwilling to help, just continued to literally SCREAM the same things at this poor woman over an over. I’ve never encountered this kind of behavior, especially unprovoked & at the work place. I’m sure making pizzas can be stressful but your customers are not the outlet to take it out on.
