I called in a quick order for breadsticks for me to have a bite, while in between my route. They were naked like a cinnamon stick and she knew before she gave them to me. I heard her ask the person in the back if he knew about added something and he said he forgot but brought them up front and gave them to me like that. I’m driving down the street and grabs one.

I walked in with my kids and we were kindly greeted by the manager Lisa. She made good suggestions of what we may like to try and she was very patient. The young lady working with her (Ella) was sweet as well. We will be back!

We ordered it with ample time for it to be ready showed up five minutes before it was “supposed to be done” and then waited an additional 20 minutes on top of the 30 minutes since we placed the order. It wasn’t even that large of an order. And the workers were no help and were the ones responsible for it taking so long. Much longer than it should’ve. Don’t waste ur time here.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience!
I can’t believe how terrible our pizza from Pizza Hut was. The sausage was slimy, stinky, and completely disgusting. It didn’t taste like anything I’ve ever had before, and the smell was unbearable. The other topping didn’t even belong on the pizza—it was rubbery and equally awful.
This isn't the first time we've had terrible experiences at this location. We've given it multiple chances, but it’s always bad. I called to complain, and they offered a store credit (which I absolutely refused) or to send a new pizza (again, no thank you). Both toppings were terrible, and the pizza reeked.
Because of them, we won't even eat at another Pizza Hut for the rest of our lives. Such a shame. Just stay far away from this place—definitely the worst pizza experience we’ve ever had!

Nobody answers the phone, my orders have been cancelled multiple times. I just wanna confirm that Im getting my money back. This pizza Hut is awful, I don't know why keep ordering from them.

My pizza arrived what can only be explained inedible.I understand not to expect much from the st. Peters area but come on what's all of your problem? Selena was zero help they don't care like everyone else in the area you are the most horrible people on earth. St. Peters you should be ashamed of how your people act. The people that work at this pizza hut is proof of how horrible this town is. Your people run businesses like bullies on a playground.

The manager could have definitely handled the interaction better. I didnt even care that they had to remake my pizza because they dropped one. After I waited 20 minutes on the remake and saw an employee put mine in the warmer (the manager said it was a remake). I waited another 5 minutes and then asked the manager (who never acknowledged me) if needed to wait on another employee to get my pizza and she yelled at me about being patient and having to wait. Having a bad day or short staffed ok, but not my problem as a customer who was already being patient and understanting. Not well done.
