I ordered extra sauce, but my pizzas only had a little and were mostly dry. Also, there was what appeared to be dog poop on the floor in front of the door. Not a great experience.

Pizza Hut, please stop suggesting tipping (or even allowing it) on your website for carryout orders. It's ridiculous to ask for tips for carryout. And if the customer declines to tip you now have people making your food who may be disgruntled... I'm never rolling those dice. I stopped ordering delivery (which I was happy to tip for) when Pizza Hut started using DoorDash and orders sometimes took hours after placing. So I started just getting carryout but now you have the ridiculous situation of the website soliciting tips for the team members when you place the carryout order. Haven't had Pizza Hut in probably over a year, and until they change this practice I will continue to abstain...

The app and their website hasn’t worked in months. Every time I call to place an order after trying to place an order online I get a rude customer service person or they just hang up on me oh’s and then hang up never I’m so sorry about that can I take your order very displeasing.

Although I'm still mad at corporate for dropping crust flavors, this Pizza Hut location has consistently been top-notch.
I order from them once every week or two. Pizzas, boneless wings and/or fries. A mix of delivery or pickup.
The buffalo burnin' hot sauce is straight addictive!
My order has been correct and cooked to perfection every time, and service is always super friendly and timely.
Correction: I think they once gave me original fries instead of cajun fries. But the fries are amazing, so I didn't mind.

Ordered through the app. Picked up my pizza, and when I got home I realized my pepperoni pizza did not have any pepperonis on it. Called the store and spoke to the manager. She said it’s a problem with the app dropping off toppings and there’s nothing they can do about it. She wouldn’t remake pizza or offer an alternative. I asked if there’s anything they can do because I order here often, and she strait up hung up on me. Thinking we may have been accidentally disconnected, I called back. Instantly hung up on.
So I called another store. They confirmed the app does drop toppings. They also confirmed that they are directed to make it right for the customer, and even though I did not order from their store, they gave me a credit for my pizza.
In short, do not patron this store on pizza row while manager “L” works there.

Came in later in the evening with my son who’s a toddler. Ordered two small pizzas with Paula and she was awesome. My son seemed to like her and as we ate our pizza we continued our interaction. Will absolutely be back while she is working, my son was very happy when we left and talked about reading some books to come back and tell Paula about.
Today we orrdered pizza for delivery. We accidentally mis entered the del address. I tried to call the store to change it and a person answered and said ‘please hold for a very long time’. I held for 15 minutes and no one came to the phone. I went to the store to correct the mistake and the woman told me she did not recognize the number so she did not answer. They cancelled the order. I paid again and waited for my pizza. She told me the number my daughter gave they tried to call. I tried to figure out which number. The lady was not helpful. I will not go back

We have ordered from this location since we moved here in 2018. I never have problems with my order but I've had the same problem ordering online twice now. I called and spoke to Jason, who was very kind and even thanked me for my kindness. Fixed my issues and help me continue to support this specific location. Thanks Jason!

Waited 5 minutes for an employee to come out. Lifeless. We could hear talked by and laughter from the back. Never got waited on. Door chimed when we walked in and when we left. Really disappointed. Sit down Pizza Hut. A unicorn in this day and age.

Only two times I've ordered from this place, they've canceled both orders without notifying me in any way. I have to call in order to find out that they canceled.

When you spend $63.00 and delivery says 12:25-12:35 you should have your food by 12:45. At 1:15 we called and just got “it’s out for delivery”. Then I got silence when I asked why they wouldn’t call us to tell us the delivery was delayed no apology nothing.Best part when we got our order-1 hour late-it was cold so that tells me we doubled up the delivery driver with orders to save a buck.If I wanted cold a** food we would have used door dash. Do better people if you can’t handle the delivery orders then shut them off. I shouldn’t have cold food for $63.00 and I can bet I wasn’t the only one.
