This review and rating is less about Pizza Hut itself and more about the one woman wonder who was doing everything (cooking, cleaning, phone and register) when we went to pick up a pizza at the St. peters Pkwy location around noon today. This was one of only a few times I've ever wanted to tip someone when I'm picking up food. Pizza Hut needs to get her some help.

I haven't had pizza hut in quite a while. Decided to order some tonight... We typically order off grubhub, door dash, etc but decided to hop on their website. Not only was the pizza delish, the chicken wings were amazing, and the garlic bread sticks were so cheesy. The delivery driver Kade was super fast, courteous of the delivery instructions, and very kind. Excellent service pizza hut. Been a while but I'll be back again!

I give it a one star rating. Because I could not make an order without going through a third party. And I did not want to supply my information to a third partycall center. Nor do I feel comfortable supplying my information to that third party call center.

My brother friend ordered a pizza at St. Peter's PizzaHut tht I picked up & I know I like pizza & pan pizza at tht...the toppings on this pizza was delicious it was a $30 pizza & worth its price- it had peppers, onion, pesto, banana peppers & hamburger! When I heard what was on it I didn't want any...well, tht turned into 4-slices did I say delicious & then I came here to order a personal pan size of tht same pizza but, the special! When I came back to get it I was surprised that it was a medium pan & not personal!! What a wonderful error to make!! The pizza was good: only thing, it was too much red sauce & pesto should've been on bottom instead of on top which made for a wet pizza but not soggy

The gentlemen working the counter on Tuesday March 25th, in the evening, is a fantastic worker. Had everybody’s order, and correct, made sure they had napkins, greeted customers. Just rare to see these days with young people. I’ve seen this kid up here before but cannot remember his name. But he is fantastic!! Please give him a job well done from me.

I ordered extra sauce, but my pizzas only had a little and were mostly dry. Also, there was what appeared to be dog poop on the floor in front of the door. Not a great experience.

Pizza Hut, please stop suggesting tipping (or even allowing it) on your website for carryout orders. It's ridiculous to ask for tips for carryout. And if the customer declines to tip you now have people making your food who may be disgruntled... I'm never rolling those dice. I stopped ordering delivery (which I was happy to tip for) when Pizza Hut started using DoorDash and orders sometimes took hours after placing. So I started just getting carryout but now you have the ridiculous situation of the website soliciting tips for the team members when you place the carryout order. Haven't had Pizza Hut in probably over a year, and until they change this practice I will continue to abstain...
The app and their website hasn’t worked in months. Every time I call to place an order after trying to place an order online I get a rude customer service person or they just hang up on me oh’s and then hang up never I’m so sorry about that can I take your order very displeasing.

Although I'm still mad at corporate for dropping crust flavors, this Pizza Hut location has consistently been top-notch.
I order from them once every week or two. Pizzas, boneless wings and/or fries. A mix of delivery or pickup. The buffalo burnin' hot sauce is straight addictive!
My order has been correct and cooked to perfection every time, and service is always super friendly and timely.
Correction: I think they once gave me original fries instead of cajun fries. But the fries are amazing, so I didn't mind.

Ordered through the app. Picked up my pizza, and when I got home I realized my pepperoni pizza did not have any pepperonis on it. Called the store and spoke to the manager. She said it’s a problem with the app dropping off toppings and there’s nothing they can do about it. She wouldn’t remake pizza or offer an alternative. I asked if there’s anything they can do because I order here often, and she strait up hung up on me. Thinking we may have been accidentally disconnected, I called back. Instantly hung up on.
So I called another store. They confirmed the app does drop toppings. They also confirmed that they are directed to make it right for the customer, and even though I did not order from their store, they gave me a credit for my pizza.
In short, do not patron this store on pizza row while manager “L” works there.
