I decided to read some reviews it seems like everyone who has visited this location all feels like I did.food horrible, attitude bad, not answering at drive through why make all customers hate this place why haven’t corporate been involved yet 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Not welcoming when you come in. Employees throwing chairs around loudly… they are out of all soda. The chicken was actually very good when we got it… but the service and restaraunt were poor.

Food is decent
BUT MAN, get that pot hole fixed in front of your building. I sat at the end of the drive thru bc my food wasnt ready so when I pulled off the curb, my tire crashed in the deep pot hole u have there and took a chunk off the bottom of my car!!!!
Its been like that for OVER a year! Get that thing fixed before someone sues you!

Never get orders right. Yet they literally ring the order in, look at it on a screen when preparing it, and tape the receipt to the bag. So they see the order at least 3 different times and still get it wrong. Every time. And they never include the sauces they CHARGE you for. So I guess they expect you to eat dry chicken. Like seriously, how hard can it be when you only offer a few items on your menu. And I guess all the employees hate their jobs and are miserable working there. At least that’s my observation based on all the attitude problems. Never again. Not worth it .

Honest to God worst Popeyes experience ever, not much worse than lake St Louis, but at least at lake St Louis it's quick. The food was awful, didn't taste like Popeyes, we're out of a lot of stuff which doesn't really matter that happens, but seemed short when offering substitutions. The rest of the service was pretty good, but if you really want Popeyes, go to the TA in foristell, far better quality, and better service. Please, do not eat here if you expect to enjoy good Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen chicken, this was a lot more like Popeyes Katrina driftwood burnt chicken. The staff were nice enough though.

Came through the drive thru after placing a mobile order. Ordered a kids meal that was supposed to get an apple juice. Didnt get it so we asked. They said they were out. Annoyed because they were going to allow us to leave without a drink we payed for. We asked for a different drink to be replaced then. Got home and they forgot a whole 3 piece meal… I mean cmon. It’s on my for not checking before leaving but the employees need to double check, as well.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. It took them 5-10 minutes just to come and greet me in the drive thru. There wasn't even anyone ahead of me in the drive thru. I drove away during my order because they were just so rude! It was the most horrible experience. I get it, it's fast food but you don't have to be mad at a customer because they want food. It's literally your job. I would not have waited had I known how rude the guy was going to be. It was like I interrupted him or something, like I was a bother.

Terrible service. Placed a doordash, they cancelled it due to “their chicken being frozen” yall need to get better managers or something because every time i try to order food yall got the same excuse about not having any or something else. I wasted my time and money. I hope this place gets shut down with all the roaches and rats they got inside.

This was the worst experience ever. I’ve never been to this location and when I pulled in, there was no one in so I didn’t even assume they were open. I ordered a three-piece chicken, with fries, and a side of coleslaw. I paid $15 for a box of crap. The chicken was burnt. There were like five fries in the bag and the girl that gave me my food act like she didn’t even wanna be present. If you’re not gonna do your job, you shouldn’t work in the food industry. I will never be back to this location and I definitely wanna talk to whoever handles the corporate over it is absolutely ridiculous. I threw the food away as soon as I got home. I most definitely want my money back

Addition: I will be calling to get a refund. If anyone seen what I was served they steer clear of this location
It seems that whoever is responding to these post all they’re doing is copying and pasting the same comment. Which tells me you care nothing about your customers the little that you do have.

The chicken was tough. The fries burnt. The bread was stale. There was no ice for my soda. We heard the workers arguing over another order that wasn’t done for door dash. I decided to leave and not take home for my son. Will never go there again
