Every experience has been sub par. Rude, order wrong, wait forever when no line. Not going back.

Edit: Tried going back and shouldn't have, an 8 minute wait for a chicken sandwich from a fast food joint at 12:00 is just ridiculous how is the owner okay with this how are they making money

STAY AWAY!! Every time we go there are issues. Last time we waited over 30 minutes for food we ordered to have ready 15 minutes before we got there. Tonight, we were told that they didn't have what we ordered, and that they have never had it. Was told we needed to cancel our order and place another online order because they aren't taking orders at the box. After insisting they take a replacement order because we had already paid, she continued to tell me they were out of strips. I asked her to tell me what they did have, and she said they had 2 chicken sandwiches and wingettes and that was all. Needless to say, we left with nothing and are out the money we paid for the online order because their system will not allow us to cancel. Their AI support just tells us to go to the app and address our issues there, so no resolution, and no money back. So frustrating!!

Everytime I try to go here, they say “we’ll be with you in a moment” and never get back to you. Horrible service. Horrible place. I’ve tried to go here three times now and I will never return. I’m shocked this place isn’t closed yet

whoever worked today (11/21/25) did amazing. food was delicious. i would post a picture, but i really did eat it too fast. whoever on fryer, give them a raise. PLEASE. i need my chicken sandwich to taste the same everytime!!!!!

The workers at this location are incredibly unpleasant and lazy, refusing to answer the drive through or prepare orders that were placed far before closing time. They close at 1 am but I have never gotten an order after 11. This restaurant has singlehandedly tanked my DoorDash ratings.

Unfriendly person behind the counter, mediocre chicken. Won't go back.

A kid with fluffy hair and he has blue eyes, was kicked off the fryer by a grown man with ginger hair, it honestly looked like assault to me, but anyway he proceeded to cook my chicken for 2 mins to where it was crispy on the outside but once I bit into it it was raw chicken, it literally made me sick I had food poisoning, I did some research and I believe his name is Joeslph Troutman. I can not accept this behavior.....

Im gonna make a review off the positives of this Establishment. fry cook in the back of the store was so nice and made some great food. I asked for his name and he said its Colin. Please get this man a raise Please

I was so pleasantly surprised with how good Popeyes is. Ordering was easy. Pick up was easy. They were out of spicy chicken, but their chicken is good no matter what. Drive thru folks seem a little mad sometimes, so hope management is okay to make their workplace a positive space. But, love this place for some quick delicious chicken :)
