Red Lobster

The service was OK. It wasn't great. Our waiter forgot things like the drawn butter for the lobster are an extra ordered thing that we ordered. He didn't bring a straws for our drinks. It was a little things. The lobster was well way overcooked kind of messed up my experience with the lobster my steak, however, was perfect. It was a fair. It was a fair experience not the best but fair.

The waiter hardly visited the table. Told me no baked potatoes but a table sat after us got one. I ordered crab legs that were full of water and I never got the crackers I. Order to crack the legs. Had to flag down a manager. Poor service, food not so good. Use to be my favorite restaurant.

I picked Red Lobster to go out for dinner on my birthday. Big mistake! I ordered what I almost always get.... Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo. It tasted nothing like it always has in the past. The sauce was thin with no flavor. The portion was very small, not even enough pasta (which is the cheapest part of it). It was not good. My husband tried the Crab Carbonara, which was another mistake. It was SO salty he couldn't even eat it. They ended up comping one meal and giving us a free dessert, but it was a VERY disappointing birthday meal. Neither the manager or the server even apologized for our bad food experience. They just went about the complaint like service as usual. We are done with Red Lobster!

Not impressed with new menu $4.99 xtra here, their & everywhere. Rice was bland, lobster over cooked & chewy. Service was sloppy.

The staff was very friendly and quick. Food was very good and so we're the happy hour drinks.

Demetrius was fantastic! Super friendly and very attentive. Knows the menu well and is probably best server we have ever had at the red lobster. And food was great as always!
