Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went there at 6pm on a Thursday. Sign on door said they were closed due to a large catering order. What!?

Only reason why I'm giving you less stars that I am is because for one thing you took the chili away and the next thing you need to move a store closer to North County in St Louis Missouri closer to 270 and West Florissant in Ferguson

Party of 6. My birthday party with my daughter, son in law and 2 young grandchildren, ages 8 and 10. The food was very good. The staff provided refills as needed. The waitress was poor. She knowingly overcharged by one meal. After I asked about it, she said she knew it and blamed it on my son in law. While ordering, he did change which meal he wanted. That meal was delivered to him and no other. Apparently, she did not think I would at least count the number of meals on the bill. I assume this is how she increases her tips. Since I found her fraud. The bill was corrected.

It was so good the waiters are so nice!!!! Recommend for people that like burgers

While the food has always been good, we've had multiple issues at this location getting service or even being seated the last couple times we've been. One instance saw the hostess quote my partner and I a 20 minute wait for a table but they were happy to immediately seat the couple who came in just seconds after us. After speaking to the manager I was promised this sort of thing was an aberration and misunderstanding on the hostess' part and doesn't normally happen, yet on a more recent visit we were seated outside - despite half a dining room's worth of open tables - and left outside for over 10 minutes before anyone came to even ask our drink order. We'll be sure to find other burger places in the future.

Too many knats, restrooms filthy, seated way too close to others though they are not busy at all. Table was so sticky. Manager never asked how our meals were but made his rounds to everyone else.
We had 5 total meals and cook sent out apps and 1 meal which made zero sense. Much prefer O'Fallon location.

Worst food I’ve had in a while. Burger was way undercooked when we asked for it well done. Instead of blue cheese they gave me tartar sauce…..for my salad. They had to remake my salad and it took 35 minutes. The rest of my family was done eating by the time my salad got there. You have to hunt down a waiter to get an unlimited refill of fries. Won’t be back.

Terrible. Everyone got there food my fiances was wrong waiter didn't come back to check on us until after everyone in our group was done with there own food. We left and he didnt get to eat at all.

My brother, my wife, and I came in for dinner around 7pm tonight. Our food was amazing, our server was amazing. We all got teriyaki chicken sandwiches (which I will always recommend- they’re amazing!!!) When we left at 8, I stopped to use the restroom before leaving. I was absolutely appalled by the condition of the toilet. We love coming here - please talk with your staff about taking bathroom cleanliness seriously and taking the time to actually clean the toilets. This is disgusting.
