It’s been a while since I’ve visited but What has happened to Red Robin? The $17 burger I received was horrible! Literally no way possible it wasn’t a frozen patty. My son’s adult chicken fingers were like a basket of warm pine cones. The service was worse than a fast food restaurant…not just our server but observing other people’s reactions. Our server constantly forgot things all but an over abundance of new drinks, we had half our table covered with nearly full of beverages even after saying we were good on drinks. If the food was as good as the store looked at least that would have been something. The fries were the only decent thing we got. Sorry, never again.

Went out with my mom for some quality family time. She had the house margarita, chips and salsa and onion rings, I had the Ensanada Chicken, one chicken breast, with the salad, a tropical mai tai, and fried pickles. All the food was amazing! It's a bit pricey but the company was great! 😁

Our server had the worst attitude I have ever seen. It was almost like we ruined her day by getting sat in her section. We waited almost 20minutes for a server to come by and nothing. I had to eventually ask a women walking by and she said "oh that's me...". I don't know why she obviously avoided our table even though she went to tables next to us and around us. I won't be returning to this Red Robin. I wish I would have asked for her manager to get her attitude fixed. Ended up not tipping at all because she just didn't deserve it.

Hostess had a horrible attitude , didn’t even say hi just went straight to saying the wait was an hour(i called ahead) i felt unwelcome while sitting in the waiting room for my table , once i was sat the server was great and food was good.

Sending a shout out to the Red Robin Mid Rivers team for making us a believer in how easy and fantastic it is to feed 15 using the amazing burger bar from the catering team! It was ready right on time and their attention to detail far exceeded expectation. Everyone loved it, it's affordable for what you get, and can guarantee we're doing it again soon!

Way better than a fast food restaurant at the same cost. I'd much rather eat here than any McDonald's or Burger King. You get way more for the money and great service also.

I ordered the Whiskey River Burger. It was absolutely great! Very well flavored! The fries were cooked excellent! It was not over or under salted. The chocolate covered pretzel shake was blended perfectly! The server was very nice and took care of everything properly! We gave her a good tip! This is a place I'd come back to on a weekday!
