They were obviously understaffed the day we visited. The food was good but the waitstaff were.all crabby and our waitress.got mad we didn't take our original table which was a high top in the bar, we had 2 elderly guest with us and it should be obvious that you do not put 2 80 year Olds on high chairs where they will have problems getting up and down from the chairs risking a bad fall.

Very bad service. If you are not happy with your job then get a college degree and find a better job, don’t force or threaten customer to pay more for the food or tip you more. Management is not at all aware about corporate changes. Red Robin app says something and manager says something else.RR Location at Manchester is awesome.

It's a solid choice, food is good, servers are pleasant, it's a comfortable atmosphere. Only issues I have are they don't really do a great job cleaning their bathrooms and my vegetables never taste done cooking. (I don't factor that in my food as much because what weirdo gets vegetables at a burger joint, I know!)

We used to like Red Robin but it has gone downhill fast! Although our server was great, the burger definitely has changed. The burger was significantly thin and the bun was bigger. I was wondering “where’s the beef?”

My wife, granddaughter, and myself stopped in for Dinner at this location. The food was tasty and the service was good. I would definitely recommend having dinner here if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: They have a good selection of food for all the kids, even if they are somewhat picky.
