I ordered online. The picture of the fish and chips looked great. Wow, 4 big pieces and some fries. Not exactly.I went over to the restaurant from the hotel next door to pick it up. No one was at the front station. I saw a waitress walking in and out of the kitchen. I had to speak up that I was there. It felt like I bothered her, oh well. Then the bartender came out and I told her I had a pick up order. She did quickly get it and was nice.The fish was miniature and it seemed like it is Gortons frozen fish from the supermarket. It tasted okay, but a little greasy. It is nothing like the picture on the menu. My wife also ordered the fish and chips and felt the same way. It was like Ruby Tuesday is a fast food joint now. Except the fish is better at Long John Silvers.

The salad var is very limited. I'm not sure it's worth $12 price or $6 add on to an entrée. My phillychrese streak was dry. The fries were too crisp. Fir what I spent, I think it should have been much better. The strawberry lemonade was awesome. That i can order and drink all day long.

The salad bar was the best part of our experience, but everything else unfortunately from the entrées the mixed drinks were just not very appeasing. Our food was very bland and we could tell it’s either was sitting there or frozen. Everyone in the establishment was fairly new to training and the drinks we ordered the Saturday drink special and there was a little to no alcohol. We decided to take the drinks off of our check, but we went ahead and paid for the food, even though it wasn’t that great I rate the cleanliness and one out of 10 all the cups and silverware and plates were hard, water stained or food stain, and the restrooms were just disgusting

We found a Ruby Tuesday, oh wow. It was clean and well lighted. Don't like that booth chairs moved when the adjacent folks leaned back; spouse felt pushed into table many times. Food was excellent, salad bar was fresh and properly filled. Tips for me is based on water being observant of empty drink glasses on table. Should not have to ask for refill, but when I did, she was prompt to respond. The 8oz steak was done to perfection. The coconut shrimp was also great. The mushroom appetizer was surprisingly great, the cheese was seasoned and tasted like it needed bread to lap up every bit into my mouth. Overall, this is worth the trip with family and friends. Price was reasonable too. Will be back, but not at a center booth.

I had not been to Ruby Tuesday in a long time and my pregnant daughter wanted a good salad do we decided to go. Boyyyy was I very disappointed in the entrees we received. The portion of food for the price is ridiculous. I got the deconstructed beef kabob and it came out barely warm and there was very little rice hidden underneath huge almost gigantic pieces of red peppers and onions with beef tips that were overcooked. My daughter had the steak quesadillas that had very minimal ingredients inside. I wanted to address it then but I didn’t want to upset my daughter and get her hormones off balance. The salad bar and the fact that My granddaughters enjoyed her meal is the only reason why I am giving them two stars. The hostess supposedly thought we left shortly after we sat down and cleared our table of our drinks when we just went to the salad bar. Even with a discount coupon the portion of food given was ridiculous. I hate to compare restaurants but Ruby Tuesdays need to rethink their meal sizes. I am just one customer but after reading reviews eventually their customer base will falter because their prices and small portions. I love a good salad but salad alone is not worth the visit.

Stopped in at 8:30 on a Friday evening. There were 2 people at the bar and 2 tables, the rest of the restaurant was empty. We stood in the entrance for 5 minutes and were never greeted. What a joke!
