Iv givin scooters alot of grace when they mess up my coffees I have spent alot of money and its almost like the people that work there no nothing about coffee you tell them medium roast cream and sugar they try to give me a dark roast bitter bitter coffee so they can send another customer through this place is horrible and im not just saying that they honestly don't care and the quality of what comes out that window shows it !

Drove to this location to order a caramel apple smoothie like I've been getting the last 2 weeks. I was told unfortunately something that they had last year they are unable to make...even though they have been making it for the last 2 weeks and have all the ingredients. The girl was new and just didn't know how to make it and stated no one is here that knows how to make it.

Excellent coffee spot. Starbucks who. Better coffee taste and they are open longer than my local Starbucks. Friendly staff helped me order for my coffee run!
They messed up my order, took my payment and claimed to refund me, but said it takes 5 days the refund never happened, and their voicemail doesnt work. I used to really love Scooters but will never go back. UpdateThey responded or pretended to by saying contact customer service... I did.. still no response... This is extremely disappointing. That a company just takes you money, gives you nothing, its stealing, but i cant do anything about it!?!

Been twice before and had no issues but this time when my husband and I went we ordered one drink with almond milk the guy at the window said they could not make a blender no biggie just iced got to the window and paid then he shut the window. Then shoves the drink out the window without a word and slams the window again. We had no straw so we waited a minute then knocked on the window he just looked at us and carried on. Drink was made with regular milk. Not sure if it was just a bad day but made us not want to return.
