I don’t know what happened to this place. When you first started going there, I thought wow they are great. But now they struggle to get my order right. It’s a crap show everytime!!!! From now on I’m just going to make the extra drive to the one off salt lick

Meh. The matcha latte was okay. Nothing amazing like I’ve tasted at other local coffee shops. The guy that took our order was meh too. Not friendly at all just meh. I hate that type of customer service. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind and smile. Maybe he needs to look for another job where he’s not interacting with people at all.

Coffee was excellent as always but what really stood out to me was the barista! I want to give a huge shoutout to Anna for being so sweet to me and my family, and being very patient. She was the best barista we have ever had and we will definitely be back!!
I really like scooters coffee. They are local inconvenient and very nice employees. I love the way they set up their drive-through and try to get people served as quick as possible. Even when there’s a long line it moves really fast and I like that especially when I’m in a hurry, I would definitely give scooters a shot if you have not yet done so.
This location has unfortunately gone down significantly in quality. I used to come here consistently every day because the workers were extremely friendly and coffee was always delicious.Now, however, the workers mopseem absolutely miserable. Im not expecting them to force a smile or conversation, i work in retail/at a drive thru so I get it, really! Work can suck! But they make me feel like they loathe me for even coming here.Coffee is also just awful. I always order a turtle latte, no customizations besides the occasional extra syrup, and now a days its always pretty much just hot water or in todays case, just plain black coffee!I implore anyone reading this to do yourself a favor and go to the mexico or highway k location instead. The service and quality difference makes the longer drive well worth it.

I get Scooters every day and this is truly the worst Scooters in the St. Louis region. Ever since the old store manager moved to Hwy K, this location has been consistently terrible. I've given it so many chances and the coffee is so bad it's just a waste of money. Baristas are the least friendly of any scooters I've been too as well. I suspect it's just under horrible management. Go to literally any other Scooters in the area, just not this one.
