Honestly I haven't been to a scooter's location where the staff weren't just absolutely wonderful. They always seem genuinely happy to be there and the service shows it. Plus the food and coffee are not only cheaper than starbucks, but taste so much better. I don't know why a drive through coffee place has such good food but it's actually delicious, I recommend the mini burgers but everything I've tried has been great too. This location specifically is just as great. Staff are super sweet, despite being slammed most of the times that I go. They make their way through lines quick!

On 11/29/25. We purchased a 1/2 sweet caramelicious. I paid before leaving the parking lot I realized that my drink was not made half sweet like I ordered. I went back and told the girl that if they could remake it because it was too sweet and I was not able to to drink it. She stated she could not remake the drink That she could only have the manager call me. She took my phone number down. I told her that’s fine, I gave her the drink back. The girl took the drink, she did not offer a refund . You have lost a loyal customer! Please hire and train your staff on how to provide customer service.

Iv givin scooters alot of grace when they mess up my coffees I have spent alot of money and its almost like the people that work there no nothing about coffee you tell them medium roast cream and sugar they try to give me a dark roast bitter bitter coffee so they can send another customer through this place is horrible and im not just saying that they honestly don't care and the quality of what comes out that window shows it !

Drove to this location to order a caramel apple smoothie like I've been getting the last 2 weeks. I was told unfortunately something that they had last year they are unable to make...even though they have been making it for the last 2 weeks and have all the ingredients. The girl was new and just didn't know how to make it and stated no one is here that knows how to make it.
