First time having Scooter's this morning, and let me tell you it was pretty darn good. I was able to quickly and easily order through the drive through, and receive my drink and burrito in easily like 2 minutes. The cold brew with heavy cream was great, and the Spicy Sausage Burrito was actually surprising in how good it was (small, but good).

When you order and pay for a large nitro and get more than a third foam. Not to mention their “rewards” program doesn’t work. They refer you to put in a support ticket but can’t tell you how.

While majority of the scooters are awesome, I LOVE this location! I will go out of my way to come to this one because they always make my drink the way I like it! They have multiple different people working the window at times and everyone is so friendly. One of the staff members took it upon himself to check all the ingredients for the feta egg bites just incase there was an allergy we had in them. This scooters is the location I would recommend to anyone!

People are always so nice, and I love the Mocha Blenders and Caramelicious Blenders. My son enjoys the warm cinnamon rolls. My favorite manager was at Hwy K location. Her name is Drew.
I'm not sure what is going on at the scooters I love this location on Mexico road but lately I go there I order the same thing 2large mocha blenders and a medium peanut butter crunch blender if they give me the large then they are half filled then filled with whip cream but most of the time they will give me 3 med and charge me for 2 lg and a med so either way they are overcharging me I loved the group of people that used to work there now there bad there hasn't been a time my order was correct

If I was only basing my review off the drinks and service it would be an easy 5 stars, but the food is not great.I had the bacon ciabatta sandwich one day which was just okay (not as good as Starbucks), but I just had the bacon burrito and it was horrible. I realize all the food is just premade frozen stuff they warm up, but I had to spit it out it was so bad ? That being said, I don’t go there for the food, it’s more of an afterthought, so that’s why I’m still giving it 4/5.The service is amazing! They’re the most friendly morning people around!
