I go to this scooters almost every day and they are so fast and friendly but there is a girl that works there abbygail(im sure i spelled that wrong) so sorry. Anyway she is so sweet and kind and she remembers me when I come and we have small talk and she always puts a smile on my face. Shes the best!!!

On 11/29/2025 at 4:35pm , I sopped at Scooters to get a Caramelicious I ordered a Medium 1/2 sweet. I took the first sip and I realized it was not 1/2 sweet. It’s not our first time going to scooters we actually go pretty regularly so I knew this is not how it supposed to taste. We went back around and told her in a nice manner that the drink was not made correctly and it was not half sweet, if she could please remake it. She stated that they cannot remake it , and the only thing she can do it’s take my name and number to have the manager call me. I told her that that’s fine and because I can’t drink the drink I needed her to take it back as we would not drink it. She did. I’m absolutely disappointed with the service! I never thought that Scooters would treat their customers like this and not care . I can honestly say that they lost a long time customer after this.

I ordered a drink through the app on New Year’s day not thinking about them possibly not being open. I emailed the company and they told the staff at the location and I got my drink and sandwich! The staff were so nice especially to someone who hates conflict. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

First time having Scooter's this morning, and let me tell you it was pretty darn good. I was able to quickly and easily order through the drive through, and receive my drink and burrito in easily like 2 minutes. The cold brew with heavy cream was great, and the Spicy Sausage Burrito was actually surprising in how good it was (small, but good).

When you order and pay for a large nitro and get more than a third foam. Not to mention their “rewards” program doesn’t work. They refer you to put in a support ticket but can’t tell you how.
