It's winter so I guess the server was bored. Not a happy person at all. The custard is ok. Pretty much like everyone's custard. Certainly not a Ted Drewes.

Me and my boyfriend a few months ago came here for ice cream. stood outside for over 10 minutes. nobody said a word to us. I’ve never been the type to pull a race card, but soon a white couple came and they opened the door to assist. this left a bad taste in our mouths but attempted to give it one more chance hoping it was just maybe bad timing & the exact same thing happened this past weekend. Why is it that, nobody ever tries to assist us and ask us for help or to order? This is very unprofessional.. & sad. a waste of gas and time, and we genuinely gave this place a benefit of the doubt and tried to go here again. how ironic is it that you all refused to help us TWICE. before these times, we never been here. so it definitely isn’t because of any prior experiences. Why do you see two people waiting to order, I mean we literally have smiled and waved and made eye contact but when a white couple comes you guys are almost racing to the window. Disgusting. & very disappointing. Do better.

The one in Cottleville. The menu is not large, but it's all good. Call it curated. Friendly service from the walk up window or the drive-thru. Standard Frozen Custard Establishment decor. A pretty good place to be on a summer evening. Unfortunately it's not summer at the moment, so it's pretty much order and eat in your car.

We stopped in at Silky's during a recent stay in the St. Charles, MO area. Really good frozen custard! Having grown up in STL with TD on the Southside, Silky gives TD a run for the money... very good, creamy, and not quite as sugary-sweet as some custards. It was nicely balanced, and there are plenty of shapes, sizes, toppings and add ons to please anyone in your group. Stop by next time you're close. Highly recommended.

I love silkies! I haven't been here in a very long time but I was so glad to be back. I got a small turtle sundae and it was absolutely delicious. The small was even too big for me to finish and so I put it in the freezer and ate the rest later, and it was still delicious. We got our custard very quickly. Even though it was busy, there was plenty of tables to sit at. there's also a drive-through for people that don't wanna get out of their cars which is very convenient.

This is hands down the best custard in the area! After trying most of the custard shops in the St. Louis area, Silky’s is one out of two shops that has a yellow color and is rich in flavor. 6/5 stars for me!
