The ownership is fantastic. The employees are great people. But, owner I have to tell you today I was concerned for beautiful Sarah who was run ragged with no sign of the other employee. I asked if Sarah was good, of course she said yes, but I stuck around for a goodly amount of time and no employee in front or in back prepping. It was dark outside and I didn't want anything happening to her...Sept. 30 at 7 pm

The owner, Samantha, and the staff there, I have grown to appreciate and love their great attitude, are Makenzie, Nate, Malik, and some of the others who are exceptional as well. They're always welcoming and take pride in the smoothes they make. If it isn't right, they will make it right in whatever way possible. It's worth walking in and experiencing their friendliness. ☺️ You don't mind spending your money at a place that makes you feel welcome every time you enter their establishment.?

Walked in 2 weeks ago, no one at counter, no one comes out to take order, stood there saying “hello” for 4 minutes, I could hear voices, I left. Went in yesterday, 4/6 afternoon, no one at counter, young girl walks out, says absolutely nothing to me or other person behind me, she just stares, no hello, no welcome to smoothie king, no what can I get you…I left, teach these kids to greet people and be at counter when people walk in! Won’t be back to this location!
