Walked in 2 weeks ago, no one at counter, no one comes out to take order, stood there saying “hello” for 4 minutes, I could hear voices, I left. Went in yesterday, 4/6 afternoon, no one at counter, young girl walks out, says absolutely nothing to me or other person behind me, she just stares, no hello, no welcome to smoothie king, no what can I get you…I left, teach these kids to greet people and be at counter when people walk in! Won’t be back to this location!

The one next to my favorite Jimmy John's. Also the nearest to the Rec-Plex. This is a good place to get a smoothie before or after a workout. Service is always fast and friendly. Never had any problems or bad service here. Standard Smoothie King Decor.

Micha, the new manager showed up today at St. Charles Nissan with smoothies for all of the techs on the HOTTEST day of the year! My techs so appreciated it and it was so unexpected and so thoughtful! I love smoothie king and drink it about once a week. And get the same drink every time. I ordered a large smoothie and was handed a medium. I told her I had a large so instead of remaking my smoothie she just adds ice to it and makes it watered down. When I asked her about it she said she knew what she was doing. And proceeded to give me a water down drink that is awful. Young girl with black hair. Maybe talk to her cause I'm not coming back to this location

Try to order the veggie mango and the person tells me there's a veggie mango kale. I know the first one is on the menu. I get it almost everytime. She insists it's not there so I'm like okay I guess this is the one I get. Then I look online and it's the high intensity veggie mango. On the menu it says veggie mango. I try to catch her in time but the smoothie is made. I tell her it is and point it out. So I get that. She asks if it's for someone else. Uh, no it's the one I wanted. So she does a refund via card and charges me for that one. Proceeds to tell me I can take stuff out next time but there similar. I assume she says that cause i guess I say I don't like kale, but this is after the drink is made. I say that to clarify that's how I knew it didn't have it. There're nowhere near the same. Kale smoothie has double the sugar content. I get the veggie for the semi low sugar and high fat content. After he remark about the substitution, I say but this item was on the menu and just completely ignores that missing the point of the whole interaction. I get if someone is training or is new, but don't lie and say there similar cause of a name. That's just juvenile to lie and assume to customers. I give a three cause the smoothie I got in the end was good like usual but if you don't know, just make the change and find out later

Tell these kids to stay off their phones while Customers are ordering. Or you know. Cough up some money and hire an in store manager.Paying kids min wage to work alone and charging 8-15$ for smoothies.

Very nice staff, smoothies are consistent in texture and flavor compared to other Smoothie King locations however this location seems to be low on products (snacks and other items) and orders seem to take a bit longer due to their systems being slow especially for online orders. Def worth coming if you are getting a smoothie just allow a few more minutes.
