I went this Smoothie king on Mid rivers mall dr. today Saturday 1/3/2026 at 1:30 pm I waited at least 25 minutes before I finally got my order . The two young ladies that was working today do not have good customer service skills, they appeared as if that wasn't trained probably. One of the girls made my peanut butter toast with her bare hands, and that's a health hazard! She didn't know the proper way to prepare the peanut butter toast! Sanitation is important because the human hands carry multiple germs that can make people sick !đ«

I ordered a PB Delight bowl and it wasnât very good. It was made incorrectly and had honey instead of peanut butter. The gross part was the base. It was like an icy block and was chunky and seemed freezer burnt. Not sure if it was premade and frozen but it definitely didnât seem freshly blended and the texture was really bad for a $13 item.

Sophie is an outstanding person. There was some issues with my smoothie Saturday and we came in today. Her professionalism and customer service was beyond acceptal. Her key memory and eye for detail is beyond. If youre looking for a respectable manager she should be a top recruit for it. Thank you Sophie for fixing our problems and concern. Got there, front door was locked, only drive through open, but no note on door, totally ignored. Then drive through and there were no bananas??!! The âboyfriendâ was in the store flitting and flirting around as posted in a previous review. Should have sent him for bananas!

This place is NEVER open, my husband and I walked to the door the lady was standing right behind the counter.. looked at us and back down at her damn phone. Didn't come and unlock the door even though they were OPEN. Worst place ever. To the owner please comment I would love you have a chat.
