This was absolutely amazing. The guy who runs it does both the Arabica Coffee shop AND Snow Factory (so the reviews that say no one was there are bogus because he was probably busy with a coffee order. Have patience. Its worth the wait!) and both were amazing.
We has the sunset which is banana and Nutella and holy guacamole. Creamy melt in your mouth perfect flavor combination greatness.
And as a side note. Coffee is better than Starbucks in my opinion. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and creamy but you could still taste the espresso. So good! Can't say enough good things about these places!
No one was there. I’m not sure if this location is still open. It was a bummer. But I know the one in Manchester, MO is.

There's no one there until you stand in front because the workers all also work at Arabica coffee. Food was great, I got the Cherry Blossom, just have to stand for a bit.

Pretty incredible process - and so yummy
The snow factory in the mid rivers Mall is a great place to get ice cream the owner is great and friendly and very pleasant to talk to the ice cream is nice and creamy and very delicious I enjoy watching it being made right in front of me with all the great ingredients you desire two thumbs up
