This was the worst experience. I got just a burger, and I was charged the meal price. Then it’s swimming in grease to the point where I can’t even eat it. I chose sonic over McDonalds just to eat grease and deal with a rude employee.

Honestly the worst sonic I’ve ever been to & I visited this location for the first time. Never again & wouldn’t recommend. My simple order was completely messed up & given items not even close to what I had ordered. aside from that; I WAITED FOR THE FOOD & IT WAS LITERALLY COLD! My drink was missing customizations no big deal since it was a promo. This location was not noticeable from traffic as all the lights were out after sun down.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the pretzel smashed burger 🍔 and groovy fries 🍟 upon arriving at home both were still hot and tasted good 👍.

Waited in line for 15 mins. Get to the window to pay for order. Waited another 10 plus mins. Finally receive my order and drink. Rush back to work to eat. Tator tots were dry and cold and chicken sandwich was somewhat warm. What took so long and why cold food. Not happy

Whoever the lady was you had working the drive thru Wednesday night at around 8 pm on the 29th was extremely rude.. She had the lady in front of me leave and myself before we even had our orders taken because of her shitty attitude. She needs to learn to choose her words correctly and change her tone of voice..

Lights out at 7;30 2 times now. You can barely see the place. 1st time I went through drive through anyway and was served but tonight I passed it up. Same time...exterior lights out. I can take a hint, so I went home and had some soup. Now last Friday (street rod night) lights were on (but I was served the wrong burgers), so it's not a timer issue. It's a staff issue. This location used to be golden. What's going on?

Hours listed are until 10pm, but they turn out the lights at 9. Employees sitting inside scrolling their phones and not answering the drive thru. Happened several nights throughout the week and over several weeks.

My whole entire order was so screwed up. I placed the order online and my husband picked it up. I ordered a chicken ranch wrap which didn't have lettuce or ranch like it described was dry as hell. I ordered cheddar poppers the medium which has 6 but I got 4 even though I paid for 6. I tried the new item some pastry thing which I will never get again only because you are supposed to get 4 and they are very small, but I only got 3. I didn't even know how many you are supposed to get until I looked it up online. I understand messing up orders occasionally but the entire order! I will never go here again. The only thing that even tasted good was the poppers and unfortunately, I didn't get as many as I paid for.

Service was ok, when I order it always sounds like theyre yelling at us and just dont like working with people at all. Kinda sucks lmao. Also had a bacon burger that had no bacon when I received it so I let them know, and they took my burger back, put bacon on it and gave it back. Im not worried that they took the sandwich back, but the fact that they put bacon on my now cold burger and gave it back just kinda sucked. I thought there was some sort of rule that food places cant really do that due to potential cross contamination. It was just not a great experience at all really.

Took us over 30 minutes to get though the drive through. They got the order wrong and so we pulled up to the parking speakers. They refused to bring me my entire order out. Told me if I wanted it, I had to get in the drive through which had over 10 cars in it.
