Wow this was just awful. Cold hotdogs, cold mozzarella sticks and a strawberry limeade with no ice? Disappointing and a location I wouldn't go again since everything was nothing like the sonic I know and love.

i asked what sides came with my meal and was told ALL the sides come with a meal not that some of them were up charges. when i asked the guy at the window he said cheddar bites were an up charge. and when i read my receipt i realized they charged me for pickle fries. my mother got the same meal i did just with tater tots instead of cheddar bites and hers was cheaper than mine. please make it make sense.

Girlfriend and I went through the drive through, I asked for EXACTLY THIS “#2 With a large Strawberry limeade and Large fry” Lady at the drive through didn’t respond for roughly 20 seconds, fine no biggie there’s a few people in front of us, I’m sure she’s busy, not a problem. Then proceeded to order a second, #2 with no onion, Large Dr. Pepper, large fry” Another 15-20 second wait for a response, not a problem, I understand. I’m told to pull forward, eventually we get to the window, I hand off my card, I’m then handed back what looks like 2 medium drinks. Both are the correct drink. Wrong size. I don’t say anything just to avoid conflict, not a big issue. Then we are handed our food, check the bag, see 2 burgers and 2 large fries. We get home, take out the food, my girlfriend checks one of the burgers and it’s a Single. Awesome, already very annoyed with this situation. We then proceed to eat the food, and find a hair inside the lettuce of my burger. Absolutely disgusted. Here is an image of the hair after pulling it and the lettuce out of my mouth.

Ordered two of the smash burgers when they first came out. HORRIBLE!!!! the burgers were gray... not thin and crispy. Extremely disappointed, how hard is it to grill a burger??? Minimum wage goes up.... when will the quality?????

As a former managing partner of several Sonic locations in Texas, I had the worst experience at this location tonight, 08/31/2024. We wanted a quick dinner and couple small Sonic Blasts. Ordered two Frito Chili Pies with onions. Got home with it and started to eat, and the Fritos were EXTREMELY stale!!! And there might have been a total 5 pieces of onion on each. We’ve gone to this location for quite some time, and this is the worst we’ve ever experienced here. The management here needs to step up their game and teach/coach the crew how to deliver a FRESH, QUALITY product. The food we received tonight is not what Sonic Drive-In expects their customers to receive, much less enjoy.

I've only been here twice in the last 6 months. I love the supersonic breakfast burritos. These past 2 times I've waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes in order to receive a burrito with eggs, cheese and potatoes. That's an expensive burrito they are skimping me on.

We just came here, started an order and the lady told us the store was closed. Then we just noticed the drive thru was open. The manager/supervisor should tell employee that one thing is not having the screen available and other thing is having the store close!
Came from a different sonic location that was awful. The workers were kind and helped up get the correct order. Very quick also. Thankyou!

Went through the Sonic drive-thru in Newtown St Charles Missouri. I've always loved their food. I was leaving an interview and decided to stop off and pick me up. Something to eat and as always they never disappoint.
i was excited to try sonic for the first time but it was EXTREMELY disappointing that the burger i got was very good but the fries were cold and soggy and the mozzarella sticks were FROZEN like what?! i got the black out slush to celebrate the solar eclipse and the drink was only filled half way!?! at first i thought that was just the way it came but my friends said i got ripped off because theirs was filled to the BRIM!!! extremely disappointing especially with the cost of the drink, not to mention they lady kept passing our car we had to wave her down (there were like two other cars…) this place is vile i’m never trying sonic’s again and if i ever do it definitely won’t be this location not even for a last resort for food, would rather starve myself.
