I visited starbucks at [st peters opposite midriver mall] on [1/21/25], and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Although the store time was not closing , I felt rushed by the staff at 9:00 PM. The coffee I ordered was of poor quality, which added to my dissatisfaction.
What stood out most was the way I was treated by the agent. The lack of basic courtesy made me feel less than welcome, almost as though I was being treated like a homeless person. This is not the kind of service I expect from a well-known brand like starbucks.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service quality and ensure every customer is treated with dignity and respect.

It's nice and cozy. The food is good. It's nice and clean it's just so nice the chairs are in good spots. I think everything is nicely spread out. I like how it's roomy.
Kid-friendliness: I'm a kid. I got a kids hot chocolate and I got a snowman cookie. It was really good

Multiple visits determined this location is a mediocre coffee shop. Drive thru is difficult to maneuver if there is traffic. Big time waste in the parking lot. Service was excellent though.
Parking: Parking sucks, drive thru sucks during rush hour times.
Wheelchair accessibility: Will be difficult to guide a wheelchair thru the menagerie of cars waiting in line for the drive thru.

I am a frequent Starbucks visitor. Particularly this location since my office is right down the street.
Since feeling a little under the weather, I opted for a different drink than my norm.
I asked for their herbal hot tea options and the gentleman taking my order replied yes, our options (plural) are…….Green mint majestic. (In a sarcastic tone).
After asking the gentleman taking my order if they had lemon juice. He replied yes we have lemonade.
After asking again for lemon juice he said yes, we have lemonade.
Then I asked if they had lemons and he replied with the rudest undertone, “I said no! Is there anything else I can get you?!”
I replied, you didn’t have to get nasty with me and he replied, “I gave you the alternative which is lemonade so again is there anything else I can get for you?!”
I said no thank you and drove around.
Once I got to the window, there was a lady there by name of Andrea.
I asked if there was a manager available I could speak with about the upsetting interaction.
She replied, “that’s me, I’m the manager and you were rude to him too!”
I was flabbergasted and quite confused.
She then proceeded to tell me to take my tea and go!
I asked who was over her and she said she was the District manager and that there was no one over her.
She then told me to take my tea again, told me to complain to corporate and to leave and that I wasn’t welcome back.
I have never been so disrespected in my life!
I am hurt, offended, and very disappointed in how I was treated today.
I will NOT be coming back and will be sure to tell all my friends and family about this terrible experience.
This is the only Starbucks that makes my order correctly every time, never had an issue at this location.

Good location, very small parking lot and awkward drive through. Staff was very friendly, food was great, coffee was ok. Definitely a good location outside of busy hours but challenging to navigate during peak times.
