No complaints about the services however, I sat outside to have a cup of coffee when I got bitten by a poisonous spider. I ended up in a ER twice in a week! It was horrible event to go through and bare for 2 weeks; kids and family terrified leaving a mental trauma. They should pesticide or do something to maintain outside seating as mischief they do inside.

I am still having traces of reactions in my body(tremor, headache, etc) with being scared to sit outdoors at home or at any place.

Friendly staff, good food and coffee. Awful drive through and parking. I avoid during normal hours as the lines make it impossible to park or navigate the lot. The shared lot with breadco only magnifies the issues.

I don't get it; the"reformulated" iced coffee was perfect the first time I ordered it. I liked it so much that I ordered it today and almost spit it out with the first sip. The foulest tasting iced coffee that tasted nothing like the first time. It had a metallic taste as well as dirt. Same thing with their cold brew. It has gotten so downright nasty i.e. bitter upon bitter that I no longer buy it nor do I order another drink instead. I go to another coffee shop. I used to be a Starbucks addict but those days are long gone.

Put in a mobile pick up order and my coffee overflowed all over my hand and burned me. The lid was not on correctly and it was overfilled. It spilled on me and i had to throw it out to avoid getting further burned.

I can’t give this location a complete 1 star because I come here a lot and it’s not always bad (it’s closest to my house). The thing is though that half the time I order any type of smoothie like drink (fraps, smoothies, etc), I’ll get it as soon as the app notifies me that it is ready and it’s always melted and separated. I know employees can’t really control how quickly things melt but I just don’t understand how I can grab my drink the second the app notifies me and it’s always mostly melted, unless the app is notifying me much later. I would feel so rude asking for them to remake it every time as well and am unsure if this is even possible without paying. Starbucks needs to come up with a way to either keep cold drinks cool until picked up, such as by leaving it in a fridge or they need to keep their ingredients stored cooler so it doesn’t melt one second after it’s made.

A smaller Starbucks, but well maintained and seem to be staffed with plenty of help every visit. Service has always been fast and friendly.

Showed up for my mobile order and cup was half full. I asked why and was told that is normal based on what I ordered. I would believe that, except for the fact, I’ve ordered this drink for years now, and it always is the same. Customers pay a lot of money for these drinks and at a minimum they should at least be what day are at every location not different. Presentation is a huge factor for their company. I’m sure and that was not it nor was it customer service. Terrible presentation and terrible customer service.

Very busy in the mornings but Starbucks is very popular so it’s to be expected. The manager with the beard who always takes orders outside, is 10/10 wonderful! Makes my visit so pleasant. He runs things very smoothly!

Easily the worst location around. I regret it almost every time I come, it’s the closest one but I’m willing to drive to one of the other locations I go to at this point. I usually order iced drinks and there’s SO MUCH ICE (90% ice) you barely get to enjoy your drink before it’s gone and sometimes it’s not even filled to the top. I finally mentioned something to the worker at the counter and his response was “Well the first ingredient *is* ice.” Like… what? Lol. If my drink barely moves because my cup is packed with ice, it’s a problem. I frequent locations closer to my work, and I promise you this location is horrible. Refreshers are always watered down as well.

Why is my drink never full? This is without even taking a sip. For as expensive as these drinks are, they need to be filling them up more.

Waited over 20 minutes in line then get to window and waited there to get drink . Saw it sitting on counter while employees were standing there talking. Left a tip before I knew my service would suck.
