Staff are always very rude
I get Starbucks quite a few times a week. Today my husband and I pulled up to this location, and I suppose since my husband wasn’t as “chipper” as the person serving us was, we received a cold shoulder to put it nicely. I understand that sometimes the coffee needs to be brewed again. We were told to go to the door “in the front out back” to wait for the drink. We waited at the back door for a few minutes, and then I suggested I just go in and wait for the drink so no one needed to come outside. When I was inside the person at the register was extraordinarily rude and wrote a pathetic note on our drink. Not sure if it’s because we aren’t “left” looking, but unacceptable treatment. I understand everyone is going through something, but it’s your job to put that away and do your job. Not once have I had a bad day and took it out on my clients. Do better!

I've been using this store for awhile now, but every single time, my drink is wrong. Its weird because its a standard Fall drink so you would think everyone knows how to make it. I also ask for extra cold foam and I never get it. Please train your employees on the Fall menu. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew should look like the picture advertised. Train your employees on cold foam as well because what I got today isnt cold foam 😅

I rarely leave a one-star review, but this deserves it. I ordered a small Iced Shaken Oatmilk Espresso and, rushing out, didn’t notice until a few sips later that it was basically all ice. The drink was gone almost immediately.
It’s frustrating to pay Starbucks prices and receive so little actual coffee. Please address how drinks are portioned so customers get what they’re paying for. If I wanted to get ice, I can go and get a full cup at the gas station for free or make it at home. I’d hate to make a trip just to go here and feel dissatisfied.

The parking lot/drive through is a SITUATION that should be addressed, but the people who work here and the quality of the food far outway the chaos of the outside.

I been ordered delivery twice this week and I order Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso and I order add whip cream to it and I never get a whipped cream.

This is the second time that i’ve been to this location order matcha and it’s been SO chunky!!! the first time i even called to complain and i never do that. they told me they started making the matcha a different way and that’s why. So it’s just going to be like that from now on? i gave it another chance and still grossly chunky. i order on my way to work and i don’t have time for a remake nor do the workers have time either. please go back to making matcha smooth.

Went in to get a sandwich and wanted to do split pay so I told the girl (who was quiet but very sweet) she told me they could do split pay and it kept coming up full price so she asked for help from another worker… that girl kept doing random stuff till my partner walked in and then the girl who was meant to help the one checking me out then comes over and helps. I don’t like that she didn’t help the girl who Cleary needed help.
