They will claim someone else came in to pick up your online order and refuse to show any proof and instead will tell you to dispute it with your bank because they cannot and will not do anything to assist.

The manager(owner) of this location is very rude. I called to see if I could change my delivery address because i realized i put in the wrong address. He then told me I couldn’t change anything and asked if I wanted to cancel and get a refund. I said yes I will cancel he then told me he couldn’t cancel because he already made the sandwich(I called right after I placed the order which was maybe a second). So I asked what else I could do and I was informed I couldn’t do anything, at this point he had a very bad attitude and was yelling at me and calling me names, so I asked for his name and corporate’s phone number and he then proceeded to hang up on me. I do not recommend.

So i was basically told i would not be getting a refund. I called cooperate to ask them when i would get my money back, They told said their not sure if ill get one or anything. The manger of that location is very rude and unprofessional. He kept auguring with me when i was just trying to fond information out about a refund.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. I ordered a foot long sub with chips and a soda via the Subway app. My total was $17. I received a confirmation email and confirmation through the app. When I arrived at Subway I told them I had a mobile order. They stated they did not have any mobile orders. I showed them the confirmation email with my order number. I also showed them the order confirmation in the app. They stated that they had gave my order to the previous customer. They then refused to give me my sandwich and acted like I was lying about the order being mine. The previous customer did not show them order confirmation. The manager was extremely rude for the entire interaction. I was told there was no solution. They refused to give me my order, or refund me. They continued to act as if it was my fault they gave my order to someone else. I am extremely upset as I had to work a whole hour for that $17 sandwhich that I did not receive.

Ordered 2 of the same sandwich on 2 separate orders, requesting for HONEY mustard, and when biting into the sandwich, I get all spicy mustard. When I called the store I was informed they changed their honey mustard recipe so it now has a spicy kick, but is still "honey mustard". When asked why they did not inform customers of this for food allergen reasons, I was told that the spice is "not that bad". As a person who cannot have spicy food of any grade, that is NOT a good answer at all, and when I hung up, the employee called me back and left a voice mail, saying the spice in the honey mustard is not enough to trigger food allergies. I do NOT agree with this AT ALL.

Absolutely dirty disgusting place Don't ever order from here they don't use the subway app they take orders and then just cancel it so you waste your time getting there and they couldn't care less if the app works or not they just expect you to know.

If you like rude service, this is the place to go. I am only person in there, get a foot long club and a bag of chips, 13.00 and they don't even say thank you. I even told them, you could of said Thank You and the the response was Ok from line manager, If that is the service they want to give, Ok, but I will not be going back, to many other businesses that appreciate your business. I do not recommend this rude place

The tip jar and tip options on the card reader is rediculous. You made me a sandwich and I took it home. Are you going to drive to my house a couple times while I eat the sandwich to check up on how I'm doing. Are you coming to my house to refill my drink when it is low. It is time to stop this tip for everybody BS. I'm not subsidizing your employees incomes. How about you pay them more. I do not revisit places of business that have this sht.

My boyfriend just went to get us subway, and as I was eating it I feel something weird in my mouth so I pull it out and it's a red piece of plastic. I imagine it probably came off of some kind of packaging that their product comes in that probably fell in during prep but gross, nonetheless. I try to not make a habit of eating plastic so maybe be more careful next time when prepping your stuff.

I attempted to order via the app, but this location was not accepting orders via the app for some reason. Therefore, I couldn't use a coupon from the app, which was a bummer. When I went into the store, they refused to make an egg & cheese sub for me, saying they had the ingredients but Subway only sells it at breakfast time, which is incorrect as I've been able to purchase it at other times of day in-store at other stores and via the app with no problem. So, they lost the sale of a sub that way. And then, the worker put jalapeños on my husband's sub instead of the pickles I requested, which I didn't notice until I got home. Never going to this location again. Other sandwich chains are looking better and better these days, which is sad, since Subway used to be a favorite of mine.Vegetarian options: I tried to order a vegetarian-friendly egg and cheese sub, but they refused to sell it to me. Not many vegetarian options, especially at this location.
