Wouldn't take my coupon even though the sandwhiches I got were not listed as excluded. They only use coupons for sandwhich they have on a paper list. What a joke! VERY rude staff and disrespectful.

Went here at 9:35 tonight (11/8), door was locked. I could see the lady inside cleaning, guess they just decided to close early when the door clearly says 10.

Worst service ever along with they can't except a coupon when the coupon clearly states that it was for a sandwich I got and should have been honored will never go back if I could give negative stars I would

Don't see the point of placing an order online when the two men in line got through the line faster than me waiting on an online order that was place 15 min before I showed up. Thanks for wasting my time. They also took my wrap and threw it in the microwave. Now my wrap is crispy and not soft like a wrap should be. This location is horrible and dont care about the quality of their food.

Let me start by saying that I am very pro-immigrant. I believe in diversity, and I think any productive member of society should be able to pursue the American Dream. If they have even passable English, then they speak at least one more language than I do, which is impressive. But if their English is completely indiscernible, they shouldn't be alone in a store, and they certainly shouldn't be answering the phone, since it's pretty darn likely that the person calling is going to be speaking English. Now, having said that, what a mess this place is! I placed an order online, and as soon as I got the confirmation email at 2:35 p.m., I realized that I had selected 3:30 p.m. instead of 3:00 p.m. as my pick up time. My husband was going to be in the area at 3:00, which meant he'd either have to wait a half hour for the food, or come home and go back out a half hour later. My mistake, I know, but there was plenty of time to correct it, so I called the Subway location immediately to explain and ask if they could change the pick up time to 3:00, which they would have had plenty of time to do, since it was only 2:35 when I called.Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone could not speak intelligible English. The only thing I could make out was that no order had been placed (then what was this confirmation email I was looking at?). At one point, I couldn't understand anything he was saying, so I asked him to repeat what he had said. Silence. More silence. "Hello? Hello?" I said. Then the person rattled out more indiscernible words, so I asked if I could speak to someone else since I couldn't understand him. Silence. "Hello?" I said again. He told me he would call me back in five minutes, but no call came. Finally, I called again. The same person answered again, and I told him again why I was calling. I think he said he was trying to reach the owner. That's what I think he said, but I don't know for sure. I asked again if I could speak to someone else. He told me that he was the only person there. At least that's what I think he said. So not one single English-speaking person was in the store. He told me again that they still had no record of my order, and they had received no orders since this morning. At least that's what I think he said. I said that I had received a confirmation email and my credit card had been processed. I asked if they wanted the confirmation number. Inexplicably, he said no. He had no interest in a confirmation number. I was told that we could come in and they would prepare the order. At least that's what I think he said. I said, "Yes, but my credit card has already been charged. If we come in and place the order again, am I going to be charged twice?" I was told that if that happened I would need to call Customer Care. I asked for that number and was told to look it up myself. I think. Nice.At 3:15, I received another email saying that they were working on my order. It had the same confirmation number as the first email. You know, the order that I was told I hadn't placed. I texted my husband who was at the location at that point, and he said, "She's working on the order now." She? I thought the man I had spoken to was alone in the store! My husband said that a male employee came in while he was waiting, because they had run out of one type of bread, so he had gone to another location to get more bread. I guess that was the man I originally spoke to, but either I misunderstood what he said about being the only person there, which is quite likely, or it wasn't true that he was alone in the store. Maybe the other employee spoke even worse English than he did, so he knew there'd be no point in letting me speak to her. Who knows, but this was an extremely stressful ordeal for nearly an hour.My husband commented that when orders are placed for a later time, they probably don't actually receive the order until it's time to start making it. That's fine, but it makes it impossible

I made an online order at 5 pm on a Friday night and it was 2 sandwiches to be ready by 5:25. Got there at 5:30 to pick up the order and the store was out of bread so they said it would be another 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, our sandwiches were finally made after going inside after 30 minutes wondering why they still weren’t ready. The. immediately staff stopped making their own food and started making our sandwiches. There’s no reason for bread to run out if staff is paying attention to when it’s getting low during the day. A 20 minute wait time turned into an hour, and it’s just ridiculous.

This subway is Extremely slow. They are in no rush to get orders prepared and you will spend several minutes waiting around.

Mobile order not started until I walked in and after being made was the two worst sandwiches from subway ever received and one was missing meat topping. Won’t be returning to this location
