My first complaint would be the fact they are denying digital coupons. Second the meatball sandwich I received had almost no sauce and missing a meatball. The whole front of the sandwich was just bread no meatballs. Also the black olives tasted off. Very disappointed in the overall quality of the sandwich.

These people don’t have to common courtesy to talk to customers. It’s disgusting and appalling. My mom accidentally hit the glass while pointing at an item and the cashier (or the owner) started yelling at her and said that she’d have to pay if anything breaks. What a disgusting way to talk to someone. I am done with this place. I’ll encourage everyone I know Never to shop at a place where they have no decency. I’ll also be reporting this to Subway.

Excellent customer service by Bhavna! I walked in just as they were closed (the closing time was incorrect on Google). Despite everything being put away she still made all the sandwiches for me (& my hungry kids waiting at home) and with great care and with a positive attitude. Truly appreciate the wonderful service! I have gone to this location a couple of times. The food is always good. The service though has been bad. I went in last night because it was on my way home. I was so surprised. The Lady behind the counter Bhavnel Patel, was so Friendly, and Pleasant. I will definitely start going back to this location.

Hands down, the best Subway I’ve been to! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The restaurant was spotless—everything looked clean and well-kept. My sandwich was made with care, and the fresh bread was perfectly soft and chewy. The toppings were generous, colorful, and crisp, with every flavor balanced just right. You can really taste the freshness in every bite. Between the great service, clean environment, and delicious food, this Subway truly stands out.
Ordered my food on the app and tried to pick it up when it said it was done, the order was not even started. I went in and waited an extra 10 minutes for my food because the lady working never started the order (only one sandwich) when I ordered 30 mins prior. The lady asked me something and because she was wearing a mask and had a thick accent I couldn’t hear nor understand what she was saying. I asked her if she could repeat herself so I could hear her and she immediately gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. The store wasn’t busy, there was only two customers inside, there’s no reason for the lady to not do her job and give attitude to customers when they are being pleasant. Getting it delivered is a much better experience, every time I go in there’s always an issue with the staff. This subway used to be a lot better.

This subway location is closest to my house. I will never go again. Having one bad experience at a place can happen but this place is bad every time. The food is fine but almost everyone that works at this location is rude and acts as if it is a bother for you be in their store. It has been this way for years and I finally give up. No reason to order ahead because they will not start on your order until you get there anyway. especially if they are busy sitting around eating themselves. I can drive two minutes further to a subway that will treat their customers like they want them there.

There’s this lady today on her own fast pace and she followed every step I ask for the sandwich I would come back and order more from here again this was amazing. She did amazing I would like to give a big thanks to her today.
