I ordered online for curbside service and the manager just let me sit there for 5 minutes til i got out to go in and get myself. He had no intentions of bringing me my food. These foreigners owning restaurants is not going to treat me in racist, disrespectful way. IWILL NOT BE BACK!!!PERIOD!!!My food was cold. I ask that the bread be toasted. My meat was cold. The only instructions the manager got right was cutting it into 4 pieces. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! PERIOD!!!

Tried to order an Italian salad and the young girl had no idea what I was saying and kept going in the back to ask another young girl. Then she threw something together and did not even slice it up.Took it home and could not eat it or believe I paid for that. I was robbed for sure. ROBBED!!!!!!

Awesome place to get subs. They take some, but not all coupons. When it gets busy, it gets really busy.They just need more help, which is understandable why they have been closing at 8pm instead of 9pm.

So disappointed.. My gf is sick at home and craving Subway so I drove down the street and was ready to get my grub on! There was the usual open to close sign on the door and it said they close at 8pm. I went up there at 6:20pm and the door was locked with employees looking at me like I had a third head. I checked EVERYWHERE For a sign that said that possibly they were short staffed or maybe any other reason (because I get it), and no such sign. I even pushed the door just in case I was an idiot and used the door wrong but NOPE. The only clear sign was the BRIGHT 'OPEN' sign. Which was a lie. Okay Subway? Didn't pass the vibe check tonight.

Ordered and prepaided online. Told it would be ready at 540pm. When I arrived at 543pm I was told that I would have to wait in line. I was confused and asked to employee to repeat. He told me that even though my order was marked ready in the app, he had yet to start working on it. I then had to wait for a family of four (including a very indecisive preschooler) for my order to be started. In total, I waited over 20 mins in store for an app order, that should have been ready when I arrived according to the status. All this after this particular store not allowing the coupons and deals listed on the app. Which is not stated until checkout.EXTREMELY disappointed. I will not be getting Subway from this location again.

I hate all the bad reviews! It's a sandwich not a 5star restaurant! Just had 3 sandwiches made in LESS than 5 min. The hardest working subway guy( Aaron) 've ever seen here and this has been my store since it opened! Aaron rocks this sandwich shop!
