I come everyday to get cookies and they always make them fresh I went today she told me the ones in the case were fresh and mind you this is the same lady that always makes them fresh for me she told me the cookies in the case were fresh I paid for them opened the bow they were burnt and hard I let her know she said they were made at 3 o’clock and it’s almost 7 that’s 4 hours ago I said I wanted a refund and she didn’t want to she said I broke one of the cookies so I couldn’t get a refund I kept saying just give me a refund and she was making every excuse in the book not to give me one finally she gives me one and tells me not to come back ?! Why because I wanted fresh cookies subway literally says eat fresh and nothing was fresh about it she literally said oh you come here all the time right so why not treat you regular customers with respect I just can’t believe she told me not to come back cause I wanted my money back so I definitely WONT BE BACK

2 girls working told me they didn't have my online order. I questioned the address they told me it was down the street. Drove down the street they said they never received.it was at the other subway which I originally went to. Uggggg. The employees were difficult to understand.

This used to be my favorite Subway. I thought the employees were real nice. I used to really enjoy myself there. But definitely NOT anymore. One of the younger employee lady’s there caught an attitude with me. And said that the next time I use a coupon and order extra vegetables on the sandwich. There’s going to be up charges. I said to her “ Then I’ll go somewhere else. That defeats the purpose of using a coupon. If your going to up charge me.” She did not reply to my comment. I’m a couponer I live off of coupons. Half the reason I’m there is because of the deal. Since it’s really that big of a problem to loose pennies on the dollar. Because I requested them to put a little bit of extra vegetables on the sandwich. I’ll just go to another Subway franchise. That aren’t such penny pinchers. And a franchise that doesn’t hold back on their ingredients so much when it comes to making sandwiches. I mean IF you don’t request extra they just put hardly on there at all! This franchise location is real bad at that. And hell while I’m at it. I minus well throw this on top of it. There was another time that I visited before this day. Probably within about the last two weeks or so. The men’s restroom was out of hand soap! How disgusting! I brought it to the managers attention. And she just told me to use the woman’s restroom. I was kind of beside myself that she said that. Then I walked into the men’s restroom again about 10 minutes later. And there was still NO hand soap in the restroom! Boy they really care a lot don’t they? Absolutely unbelievable how rude and lazy these people are. I’ll NEVER return again!

I don't understand why they don't allow all options on coupons and restrict to only few options and I'm really unsatisfied with the portion sizes wete the worst and when staff were trying to be helpful but I think the manager or the person who runs the place I don't know who it was but she was a middle aged lady she was very very rude towards all the customers and their own staff also. Very disappointed with the service

I ordered delivery from here and did not receive my entire order. The store was entirely unhelpful and told me they couldn’t give a refund? Why can’t a store that is fulfilling an order give a refund? This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and not received my entire order. Lesson learned - it’s no wonder Subway is having issues. No customer service at all.

Avoid this subway unless you like being talked to like a child. The girls up there today had bad attitudes and the one raised her voice to me over me asking if I could have extra veggies on my sandwich, which has never been an issue at any subway except for this one. She said I would have to pay extra for the veggies I wanted and no I’m not ridiculous about the amount of extra I want, I just wanted more than 3 little pepper pieces and two tomatoes ends that were as small as quarters, same for the other veggies I wanted. She proceeded to tell me my sandwich just comes with lettuce, tomato and onion (I wanted banana peppers, green peppers and cucumber as well, again never been an issue). I should have just walked out without my sandwich, but I was starving. I didn’t get into it with her as it would have gotten me no where, but someone will come along and won’t be as graceful as I was. I’ve worked at a subway for years before and I have never heard of this, and never seen or experienced attitude like that. Worst experience ever there, customer service is terrible. Go to the one off kisker it’s much better and the staff there are a whole lot better.

The lady working when I was here was very patient and kind. She was taking her time with an older customer and was kind of enough to repeat things back to the lady.
