SLOW services. I was in there for five minutes. Didn’t move an inch. One employee and taking his sweet time. A lady ordering sandwiches for her entire office, but one at a time. Never seen a Subway so poorly run.

Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered online and went to pick it up. Was told they did not receive the order and that I would have to place another order and pay again because I was already charged for the first one. I spoke to the “franchise owner” who told me this is not his problem. And that there is nothing to do about it other than me to spend another 11 dollars on a sub to get my food. I never got my food. I don’t need to pay twice for overpriced subs. Especially not from someone who runs their business like this.Unacceptable and I will not be back.
