Drive through experience is always good. The lobby, however, sucks. The kiosks have made the experience for dine in very unfriendly. Orders are always correct, but this lobby just isn't cool like it used to be.

Order fulfillment has been a consistent issue, but today was one of the worst yet. We ordered three breakfast crunchwraps and Cinnabon bites and an orange juice. For some reason, the Cinnabon bites were replaced by a beef taco and none of the crunchwraps had eggs on them. In fact, each Crunchwrap was primarily lettuce, tomato, and tortilla with like a teaspoon of meat (no eggs). The only thing that was right was the bottle of orange juice. Maybe egg prices had something to do with the distinct lack of eggs, but if that’s true I would have rather not been permitted to order from the breakfast menu at all.

understandable service for a fast food restaurant; yet issues are so consistent when making modifications/upgrades to food items here. also just waiting to receive a cup for the self service soda fountain can be long
Loved the Meximelt prices are getting steep for what you get tho..hard tacos barely have any meat and when I paid for extra meat it apparently is only a teaspoon full not worth what I paid..

I'd rank the food... if I ever received my order.
Placed my order at the kiosk, just as everyone before me and after.
Waited for my order, just as everyone before me and after.
Unlike everyone else, I did not receive an order.
At least half an hour later, the only other folks in the dining room received their order, about 30 minutes after I arrived and placed my order.
Worse part is the shift lead tried to make it seem like I did something incorrect.
"I don't see and order for [my name]" "Unless you didn't finish paying, it should have showed up."
My bank statement shows that I paid for the order.
At this point, it was even obvious to the other folks in the dining room that I'd been waiting too long. They had come in, ordered and ready to go all while I'm still foodless.
After asking for a refund, I hear "Are still making that order?" as if OTHER staff members KNEW the order was supposed to already been made.
All would have been fine and forgiven if the shift lead had TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY for the mess up.
For those who care, this could happen to you too.
I mean, that's what I get for assuming that people care about good customer service.

Crazy the drive thru wait time. Only taking 2 orders at a time and making the ppl waiting in line wait forever. Nonsense. Drive thru need to be shut down if you cant handleno more than 2 orders at a time. Ppl come on there lunch breals and have to wait for 10 mins for there order to be taken. This isnt a fast food resturant in my book.

Food was fantastic! Regular taco with extra meat was amazing! Hot and full of meat and cheese. Cheese roll up with extra cheese and Chipotle was just as good. Awesome!
