There was blood on my Taco Bell bag and food wrapper. The manager tried to deny it, saying it was a “tomato” but it was obviously blood. Completely unsafe and unacceptable. I appreciate the refund though.

Stayed in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only one car in front of me. Saw they only got $30 worth of food, should not have taken that long. My order was stone cold. Ordered supreme combo, no tomatoes, and mild sauce. Tomatoes on every taco, and zero mild sauce or napkins. Got to the window and staff just joking around and not paying attention. This location just keeps going downhill more and more.

We clearly mentioned that we wanted a vegetarian meal and even double-checked to make sure it would be vegetarian. However, we were still given a non-vegetarian item. We ordered a cheese grilled burrito, but it had beef in it. It was a very disappointing experience.

I paid $15 for a beefy 5 layer, steak quesadilla and a medium Baja blast which is RIDICULOUS in itself but I go to eat my quesadilla and half of it is EMPTY. I mean not a single shred if cheese on half my quesadilla. Do better Taco Bell. And the cherry on top was how rude one of the girls was at the window. One was so sweet the other not so much.

Edit: I will be removing a star (even my original review gave 5 stars) everytime I return to this location and they skimp on steak that I pay extra for as a substitute.
This is a your location/franchise only problem, not a general Taco Bell I have elsewhere. Nor was this the standard when I worked at Taco Bell.
I work nearby and could be a regular or just go elsewhere and eat Taco near my home.

I hate the kiosk that I need to use to order. I made it thru that then had to wait 10 minutes for my soda cup. There was gentleman sitting in the back staring at me while I waited for my cup. I understand that he was probably on break but when on break they should not be seen by the public. It makes us feel like we are being ignored. Which I was. I ordered and paid extra for sour cream and only half of my quesadilla didn't have any sour cream. They had lots of people "working" that a customer shouldn't have any complaints. Everyone working looked like they were at a funeral. The prep area was SO GROSS! FOOD WAS ALL OVER THE FLOOR. TRASH NEEDED TO BE TAKEN OUT. I THINK THAT AN INSPECTOR NEEDS TO PAY THIS LOCATION A VISIT. I will advise people not to visit this location!!
