Absolutely trash!! $75 dollars for the family and half the items didn't have the meat in them and just sauce. You could tell the workers had an attitude which is odd because they're getting paid to work & apparently need to be retrained . I placed the order online so I wouldn't hold up the drive thru since I knew it was a large meal... Next time I won't be so courteous since they forgot an item & we had to make another trip inside. Please get a better night crew! Or just close this location cause they do not care.

This particular Taco Bell unlike some others is my favorite. Everyone seems to like their job and it shows. Online orders are ready for pickup when you arrive. Other Taco Bells wait for us to come before they start. The tables are even wiped down. A+ to the crew.

I have been living in St Louis area for about 20 years now living in Maryland Heights but now in Chesterfield. This Taco Bell has been our go to place with confidence where we ask them to replace meat with beans most places screw it up but this location has always on top of what they do. We drove alll the way from Chesterfield to here yesterday and had the same best service as we normally get. We treat it like eat at a big restaurant not just fast food since my elder daughter likes Taco Bell so much I wish nacho fries come back sooner. Wish the people working there and the management all the very best and keep being best at what you do. Thanks!

Ridiculous wait time. Sat in drive thru for OVER AN HOUR even though the order was placed online. Would not let me pick up in lobby. Forced to go through drive thru. Waited almost an hour and a half then pulled up to speaker only to be told they were closed and wouldn't be fulfilling orders even if they were placed online. Took 4 days to receive a refund. I REFUSE TO RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! Even never had anything but problems here. The employees and management are rude and all need to be replaced especially the overtime crew. They only accept 1 or 2 orders at a time at the drive thru speaker. If you can't handle a full late nite drive thru then you need to close. Period. I witnesses 7 cars leave because the line was too long. If I hadn't already placed my order online I would've left as well.

Used to love coming to this place for an evening snack. Went there in the evening recently and was told that it would be another 30 minutes before they could take my order (twice) after waiting for 30 minutes already. Very slow drive through. They take one order at a time. Employees dont seem to care at all how long it takes.
