If I could give it a zero I would. I had two online orders one came out with the wrong name and wrong food as well as missing half of it. When I went back to get it fixed half of the employees can’t speak english so they were no help and I was told that they would work on the messed up food. After an HOUR of waiting for my food I felt I had the right to ask where my food was. When I did that I was told my food was on the second page. HOW DOES MESSED UP FOOD NOT BECOME A PRIORITY? I asked to speak to the manager who took 10 minutes to get to me. He then told me that there was other orders in front of mine and my order would come when it was ready. I asked for a refund and he got smart with me and tried to tell me that it was not his fault and I needed to stop taking my anger out on him. You are the manager and you should be taking care of your customers. To top it all off we never received the fixed items or the half of the order we never received. I will never be back to this location and you should save your time and just go to the Mid River location, they will take care of you.

This review is from my son: The men's bathroom was disgusting. There was mystery stuff on the bottom of the soap dispenser, the soap is white but the stuff an awful color of yellow, and a dead bug on the sink. There was only one clean table in the whole place. The food was messy but tasted good.

If I were able to give zero stars, I would as far as service they said that their inside was closed so we went through the drive-through and then they told us that to go through the inside. The workers came out of The store on drugs trying to charge us don’t go if a female at night time!!! Stay safe ladies.

This location has took a huge nosedive. I used to live it but now you wait forever after ordering in the app....not sure the point since they have to find it and then make it. Lines are long and service is not great. It used to be great, slow service and disorganized I will not be back

Always check your location before ordering through the app. It doesn't automatically change to the nearest restaurant. Aside from the app, my drive-thru experience was satisfactory. The food was fantastic compared to other locations, However; the person at the window didn't seem to care for their job much.

Been there several times & got home and the order was short! It’s usually one short of what I ordered….never got home with extra…..hmmmm!
When I’ve called to let them know, I’ve been treated rudely & hung up on even though I was charged for the missing items!! I guess they have a hard time hiring people that can count to three!!

I came to this Taco Bell this evening to pick up a DoorDash. Order and was treated as rudely as could be. By the boy, acting as though he could be a supervisor maybe anyway, I was acting him where my order was in the queue, so maybe I could use the restroom or something. And he was just rude to me, like I get asked that same question every day by every doordaser that walks in the door. Like it's only a question. I'm not sure why we can't get an answer. He was very rude to me. In many, many ways, and I suggest maybe don't come to this taco bell.As long as taco bell is going to employ people who are rude to you.Whether you're a driver or an actual customer coming into the store.Either way, as dashers, we are working for the customer, so we should be treated with dignity and decency as well.
