Slowest mobile order service ever!! Waited 45+ minutes after ordering ahead!! Only had one person on mobile and 4 on drive thru!! It was not even busy!

Poorly ran was there for over 35 minutes waiting for orders that were placed 15 minutes before I even got there. I’m a Dasher and was told our orders are not priority and if we continue to get customers that come in, they will be taken care of first, regardless of how long the order had been there, not only that not only that they were not even doing their own mobile orders as they came in and we’re kicking those to the end. Something needs to change what happened to doing the orders as they came in and completing them in order not disregarding them until you feel like doing it regardless of the person is there or not. People place their orders ahead of time so that when they come in all they have to do is pick up the order and leave. What’s the point of being able to place an order if you’re not even gonna complete it when it was ordered holding an order for 45+ minutes. It’s completely unacceptable and something needs to be done about this

Hands down the best taco bell experience we've ever had. The people were friendly, the food was fantastic. Quite honestly, I never taco bell could be so tasty! Keep up the great work everyone, we will be back.

Was at this place last year. The cashier was a woman with black lipstick and a customer asked her if she could bring in her not fully trained service dog. The cashier said yes, and the dog was brought in. The dog barked, ran around, chased customers, and tried to go into the kitchen. The dog ran at me and I had to shout "I do NOT want this dog near me!" to get the owner to come grab it. The cashier did NOTHING. She did not ask the owner of the dog to leave, or even ask the owner to just grab the dog! She just made small talk with the owner like everything was fine, despite her customers being harassed by the dog. What a joke. Will not be going back here ever again.

The internal staff has the communication skills of a geriatric frog and the resourcefulness of a 1 armed turtle.I attempted to dine in with my Autistic son in hopes of keeping his sensory issues from overloading. The staff had the unmitigated gall to tell me ‘dine in is closed!’It was 5:38pm on a Friday!The inebriated staff member uttered from his saggy jaws , ‘we only open for door dash N’ grub hub’I presented the logical deduction; ‘then would it not be an intelligent idea to place a sign on the front entrance & or lock the door?’I am throughly discussed. My son began to cry.He just wanted his mucho calente double bean burrito!You had to ruin this experience for him! You should be ashamed of yourself!(Just like that martial arts guy)

They are fast and good and get your order right. Best taco bell. Was anyway. Went there tonight and my food was cold and did not taste good. You cut out a lot of my last comment that was really good so I will no longer give you a good feview since you cut the comments. Thank thank

First off the guy who took my order was really fun but I was honestly blown away by how good the beef chalupa was, lately I’ve gotten some stale ones but not at this location! Today it was made fresh and it was delicious, made exactly the way I crave them!

This location was extremely busy when we visited today, both inside and drive thru. Inside, one of the order stations was out of service. You might think I was gearing up to tell you about the horrible experience we had, but it was exactly the opposite. The staff did an amazing job being polite to everyone and managing customer expectations. The wait for the food was surprisingly short given the line and was still well made and did not look like it was thrown together in a rush. Very pleased with the service we received! Kudos to the staff working today.
