They messed up order and said I would have to go back around in line to get the rest because they can’t take payments from the pick up window even though it was the guy who took my order! My tacos were put in bag up side down and broken to bits ! Bypass this place and go to another Taco Bell !

For some reason they changed their hours. Despite this they often try to close down earlier than posted times. Some times multiple hours. Employee or managers tried to fight me when I mentioned this but would not leave the window it’s bluntly obvious they don’t want to do their job for some reason. Now they will sometimes literally park a car in the drive through or put a cone out around 745 but will have their friends come up to hangout as they “clean up” with the lights off. They also keep their doors locked all hours of the day. There’s a reason their hours are legitimately less than half of the surrounding Taco Bell’s because they legit don’t want to do anything but sit there and get paid.

Of all of the mediocre Taco Bells in O'Fallon, this one is the least staffed. Can't even have the lobby open and then you get stuck in a 20min drive thru line just to get told they're out of meat. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

Was the 3rd car in line had an online order of just a crunch wrap, after 25 mins of waiting I get handed a massive bag, it was full of cold tacos. I had to go back in get the right order

This location should be shut down. The line is always long, forget ordering pick up as the doors are always locked. My food is also never correct. I ordered this last time and was greeted with a very loud “Absolutely” after every single thing I ordered. I ordered the cheesy Gordita crunch with seasoned beef as was told “it comes with beef” I also asked if I could get no lettuce and was again greeted with “Absolutely”. After the 5th thing I ordered hearing “absolutely” was getting obnoxious and my daughter was asking me if the person was okay. I got home with missing and incorrect items. Missing items is my bad for not checking the bag better but everything was shoved into one bag and fries spilled all over. The Grodita also had lettuce on it that I was “Absolutely” told was okay. Over this location!

I tried going through the drive thru never took my order I spoke in the monitor lady was rude I preceded to the window she wouldn't take my order I ask for the manager and she said she was Gave me attitude I went to dominos. If a 0 star was available that's what they would get.
The food is good and service has certainly been adequate, but it was a pretty big bummer that they quit serving breakfast at this location.

This location always takes a very long time and inside is never open. Even if you order on the app for inside pick up, the door is locked so you have to wait in the 30 min long drive through line. This past time, the toppings to my tostada were all to the side of the shell, on the box. Very disappointed every time I go to this location and will not be back. I also ordered no lettuce on my soft taco, as recorded on the receipt, and they put lettuce on it.

The workers ate horrible. Order was wrong. Asked for refund for upcharge for frozen drink. Their reply was I Don’t how to refund it it is only .40. Then she proceeded to go in the back and laugh at me for wanting a refund. Then our food way thrown in a bag and the items were barely wrapped. Food was everywhere. And they didn’t give us our complete order. They were making so much fun of us that another customer came over to us. Told us they were wrong. This is unacceptable.

Got the nachos and cheese but only received enough cheese to only eat 2 pieces of the nachos. Pointless in getting it at that point. Ordered a Crunchwrap supreme combo, they forgot my soft taco supreme and there was hardly any meat on any of the food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Bathroom was disgusting. A worker came out of the men’s bathroom and there was pee all over the floor.
