I don't know if it's all day but late night. This place really sucks. It's like they stopped serving food to normal people at 10:00 and reserved the drive-thru only for doordashers. I thought the drive-thru was open till they close but apparently they send people away unless you use doordash

Requested no meat for my order but my order was still messed up. Mentioned at he order time no meat because order was still showing beef crunchy taco then I reconfirmed at pickup window and I was told refried beans. When I came home my order has beef. Called twice but kept ringing and then phone will disconnect.

Horrible service, food and multiple time they have screwed up order.

We came through drive through, it wasn’t super busy, but we were rushed through our order. Got a luxe cravings box, and we were supposed to get a starry with it but got a lemonade, the burrito in it was one ingredient to a bite, and we ordered a quesadilla no jalapeno sauce, and it was covered in sauce. By far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. Normally I would be nice because I work fast food but this was unbelievable. I

always forgetting sauces, food is wrong half of the time, always out of freeze drinks . Inside is also always closed after a certain time (false advertisement when lobby closes)

Y'all really got to teach the drive thru folks how to sub out ingredients. If I get beans INSTEAD of beef, I shouldn't be charged for the beans.

If we can do it on the kiosk ourselves that way the employees should learn how to do it.

The employees in this Store who were working on 8/12 at 6pm. Count your days in the country. After giving the worst customer service, you decide to badmouth me and my mother because you took took 30 minutes to make two orders. They weren’t complicated. They were simple count your days specially, the male.
