Food was good, hot. Salad great as usual. Took awhile before they came around with the rolls & weren't back with them again.
Server didn't come around much. My son wanted parmesan for his pizza & it wasn't on the table, she didn't offer, & didn't come back to ask.
Mango margarita was ok, definitely have had better, wouldn't get it again.
The table behind had an issue, they left & it appeared the food was comped.

Always have great service. Food is good and very hot. Only thing is that the last two times we have been, we barely get any artichoke hearts in our salad. Like maybe 1 or 2 in the small sized salad. 4 would he better at least.

Vicki is the best server. Very attentive and exceeds expectations. We come in every week which shows how we feel about our meals.

Every time I come I have the best waitress named Vickey she makes sure my visit is amazing and one time I had a piece of hair in my food and they went above and beyond and took my meal off the receipt. I’ve never had a bad experience and when you people say rude things like that if you don’t want to come then don’t but I love it here

I went there with a party of 11 elderly women. The restaurant was so cold that everyone was shivering. When we asked the waitress is she could please tell someone that we were freezing, she said would after she attended to her other tables. So, we had to wait another 15 minutes to get the thermostat adjusted. I am surprised that this was not attended to immediately and that the staff didn’t notice how cold it was. Very dissatisfied with the atmosphere. :-(

UPDATE: One of the elderly ladies came down with a cold today after sitting in the restaurant shivering for 45 minutes until the thermostat was finally adjusted. I can guarantee it will be a long, or never, before our group goes back there!

This Pasta House is gross! Worst meal ever! Where should I start. The service was awful from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. The salad had no taste. The rolls were cold. I ask for some warm ones and they were still cold. The roast beef sandwich had a very small amount of meat in the middle of this big piece of bread which had been clearly microwaved and the texture of shoe leather. The pasta was microwaved as well because the middle was hot and the outside cold. The server was extremely unpleasant! I ask someone to talk to the manager but manager never came. The host was in the kitchen cleaning his ear and then eating bread right there in the dining room. Hair all over the place gave me the willies. Was wearing a face mask should’ve been wearing a hairnet. If I could give it a 0 I would.
