I am an activity director at Chesterfield villas and I took the residence here one afternoon and they absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and our serve Liz was amazing. She was very kind and patient.

Went to this location last week with my husband and let me tell you guys what!!! Our server Liz was absolutely horrible. She had a terrible attitude the entire time, I overheard her talking bad about her other tables to her co workers. She rolled her eyes every time I would ask her kindly for something as well. If any of you guys get this lady as your server run away asap! She not only ruined our dinner but she ruined our experience. I don’t know why they even have her still working there! Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behavior. I wish I could give this zero starts.

Food was alright, salad was old tasting and lettuce was discolored, old looking, toasted ravioli has changed, taste different, not for the better. Main dishes were fine and fried zucchini sticks 👌 Service was great. One bad thing was they kept cleaning around us, sweeping and spraying cleaner on other tables, just because the manager was watching them work, go find somewhere else to work, take the trash out.

There were 7 of us, 3 of us ordered sweet tea, waitress brings all 3 of us unsweetened tea and did not tell us. A while later she comes back and puts another glass of tea in front of us and then tells us she was bringing us sweet tea because they had run out earlier. She couldn't be bothered to tell us that earlier? I always get rigatoni carbonera anytime I go to a pasta house, and it has always had a thick, creamy sauce; Not this time, it had a thin watery sauce with burnt pieces of bacon in it, horrible tasting. The service was terrible as in the waitress didn't bother to check back with us to see if we needed anything, we had to specifically ask her to bring us parmesian cheese, to fill or replace our drinks. We had to ask her for to go containers, didn't bother to bring us plastic bags to put our containers in and when we asked for some she brought us 1 so once again had to ask her again for a bag. I will never again go to this location, once was one time too many

I know it was my fault for ordering through doordash, but the marsala was so burnt it was 100% inedible. The shrimp was also super burnt. We ordered 4 pasta dishes, and an order of 3 cannolis but only one cannoli ended up making it to my house. Everyone was really disappointed.

Bad experience at lunch on 2/19/26. Inattentive server. Two incorrect orders at a table of four. Pasta dishes were clearly microwaved - steaming hot at the center, literally cold at the edge. Slow service (40 minutes to receive our meals at lunchtime in a nearly empty restaurant). Manager adjusted our bill, which was appreciated; however, the waitstaff is just not worth a return visit. I'm still waiting on that Sprite LOL

Placed a large order on 2/15. Asked if we could get a lg pan of spaghetti in place of the penne pasta & was assured it was no problem. GOT PENNE Asked for light sauce GOT REGULAR. Asked for the Parmesan to be on the side for the toaster ravioli due to a couple with dairy allergies- GOT NONE. To top it off the pick up was set for 3:45 - some of the food was ready, other bags came out intermittently but it took until 4:10 to finally get the dozen rolls!

Festus Pasta House They lost my order that I place through the website at 4:35,when I called them at 6:20 they said they found it. I saw through the tracker door dash pick it up at 6:40 and get it here by 7:00. Our food was now cold..The manager did nothing but make excuses and blame the door dash driver
