got the smallest $27 pizza I have ever seen. taste wasn't bad but this is definitely not a pizza to share I've come for years. I'm a reward member but am shocked at the prices and portion size. I am all for making a profit but this was ridiculous shame on you Pasta House won't order a pizza again

Salad was horrible, they no longer make the Philly which was my favorite, and the service was so bad, the couple behind us ordered, ate, and was getting to go boxes before our food

Tried to eat here on a Sunday night around 7:50 (not realizing they closed at 8) and was practically turned away. Both the host and the server informed me that they were about to close as soon as I sat down. I have worked in the service industry in the past and would have never said that to my guests even if it was 7:59. This felt very rude so we got up and left. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth for a place I thought I liked.

I'm old enough to remember when pasta house was good. i haven't been in years because I've developed a gluten intolerance. No gluten and Italian aren't exactly synonymous. PH has added a gf menu and my friend suggested we go try it. i ordered the gf chicken Parmesan - i had hoped that meant they used gf bread crumbs for the chicken. nope. Just a very small, tough, plain piece of chicken with some sauce and cheese next to a pile of mushy, flavorless broccoli.... that's $20. The side salad is another $4 instead of being one of the available sides. The salad was mostly edible, minus the 4 or 5 chunks of core and i don't recall seeing any artichoke heart. I ate the salad and chicken, leaving most of the broccoli on the plate. Really disappointing and massively overpriced. Service was fine.

I have eaten at a lot of pasta houses but thus far this location was the worst one. It was not very clean with splatters all over the walls. Server was okay, not very friendly and rough with setting our plates down. Salads are always hit and miss but husband said his lettuce was bad. Getting our entrees my chicken was burned and did not taste great burger and fries looked just as dark. Now we know and will avoid this location.

Spent $76.00 plus tip and I sent my pizza back because it wasn’t cooked completely and when it came out it looked like a bite had been taken out and I mentioned it to the server. The manager came over and said it was stuck to the oven when I started to eat it, it was doughy so I sent it back to be put back in to fully cook. When the manager brought it back out even more slices were missing and still not fully cooked. I asked for my pizza just to be removed from my bill. The spinach deep tasted like a sour after taste. I’m so disappointed, Pasta House use to be great food when I was growing up. Then when the server brought out my check to show me the pizza was removed when I went to pay it was gone. I can say I won’t be going back to Pasta House. I will just have to reminisce how great it use to be. My check number was 3051 Victoria was my server 1/6/24 21:54 if antobe from pasta house should want to follow up.

For my food at least, the grilled chicken flew off the grill and the spaghetti could've been better made by a two year old. Although, the service was good.
