Today I went to tropical 🌴 smoothie it was delicious and the carmelized pineapple smoothie was delicious

This location use to be 5 stars but the taste of the products has declined.
Today I made a purchase and the employee was very nice but had a bad cough. She coughed several times, on me, on her hands and in her arm..She did not wash or sanitize hands and proceeded to make products. She coughed over the smoothie ingredients.
Employees should stay home if their sick or wear a proper mask to avoid contaminating the food. The last few visits, the smoothies taste like sweet water..too much ice is used and hardly any fruit flavors. Exact measurements arent being used. Management wasnt available. Please speak with staff regarding proper sanitation And how to avoid the spread of germs. Products were exposed and NOT covered. Hopefully, Managment will address this issue or else I will have to find a new location to spend my money

Really hit or miss. I always order a cheese dilla and half the time it has chicken on it, despite me never ordering it. End up having to toss my lunch and order from somewhere else.

It’s definitely gone downhill ever since new management took over, cheaper equipment and lower quality and you can tell, smoothies are half blended so it’s horribly chunky, and most workers are not trained properly from what I’ve seen ever time I’ve come in, service is slow and it’s not the fault of the employees, it’s the management. Do better tropical smoothie. From a former employee, and no longer a customer

The inside was super cute and clean. The beginning of service was great, but the things like utensils were not a given, you had to ask, then when there was a problem the service was not as great. I ordered a wrap, it was so weird, The outside was toasted but the inside was partially warm chicken, ice cold chicken, warm and cold rice, you couldn't find some of the ingredients, it was the most odd wrap I've ever had. I would not order again. My friend got a salad, it was average at best.

When I walked in, one employee was eating, the other in the bathroom; there were no customers. I asked for a detox smoothie with protein and paid cash. They did not give me a receipt. I noticed about 25% of the ingredients were left in the blender. When I mentioned to the associate (she had long braids and was a new employee), she said “the cup is full.” When I got back on the Highway and attempted to consume the smoothie, the pieces of avocado and ginger were too big for the straw. There was also several pieces of big ice that would not suck through the straw. Thanks for nothing! Zero stars

These places (I’ve been to 3 different ones) seem to be understaffed or at least 1 or more workers aren’t involved to help when they should shift to help when lines get long or groups come in.

I went here and the service was horrible. It took them 30 minutes to make my smoothie. I was absolutely furious and upset. It took me 3 minutes to finish the smoothie but took them 30 to make it. And I’m not even fat, it just makes me so upset that they took that long, that’s all.

There was three people in line including myself. One girl was making sure to help customers, and the other one was just standing there counting the til and doing whatever with the money. I’m sorry, but customers always come first and there’s another register. Use it.

The açaí bowl is frozen not blended so you can’t stick a spoon in and eat it right away. So stupid and disappointing, a waste of 11 dollars I would not have ordered this had I known that no one wants that
