Ordered online, no one else in drive through or store, yet the workers still acted like it was an inconvenience to serve me. Okay, fine, maybe they're having a bad night. But the food...fries were room temp and fried in oil older than Bill Clinton. EeeeYuck. The burgers were...cold? Not frozen, just cold. Never experienced that from a fast food place. Usually you can at least depend on them being warm. Zero stars, honestly. Will not ever go back.

We ordered a Dave's double, just meat and bun. They gave us a single with cheese. The fries were cooked to a crispy brown with old oil. The chicken strips were WAY over cooked. I will never return.

Never answers the drive thru at night. Like ever. Tonight waited 5 minutes before getting acknowledged (and only because we spoke up several times), and was told it'd be a 20 minute(40 minute?) wait. The drive thru and parking lot were empty. Then they told us they were out of all frosties except vanilla, (sure, fine,) and also out of all the syrups for the frosty swirls too(???). Maybe there's a chance just everything in the world went wrong and all these things are true and out of staff's hands, but given my consistent experiences with this place, I have no reason to give the benefit of the doubt. I'm not gonna be that person that expects every fast food employee to be giving their heart and soul to the job, but it's just true that night service has been awful. So be warned, I guess. If you want wendy's at night, pick another wendy's that wants customers. Or go to the hardee's nearby instead! Their service was great!

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a drive through. Took over 20 minutes (only started counting after I realized I was going to be sitting there a bit). Order was wrong. Super rude employees. I can definitely say that location is on my “never again” list. Reminds me of the last time I went to a Steak ‘n Shake before most of them abruptly shut down, but it took even longer
This was a ridiculous event i don't know if they had a deaf person on the drive-thru but we had to yell at them and repeat our order at least three times horrible experience

Well me and my family use to order from this business at least 4 - 200 times a week. No one in my family will be going there again. Now we have to drive out of our way if we decide for Wendy's. 100% of the reason is do to the management who I can only assume is married to the silver surfer. Leave the wives and teenage girls alone.

I didn’t mind waiting in line for approximately 18 minutes, but what I did mind was when I finally got my food. I didn’t have any of the sauces I asked for, thats fine… I could eat it without it, but then I go to open my fries…….. I can only give one piece of advice, when cooking the bacon can we not set the cook temp to cremate please? My $14 meal was dry without any sauce and I wasn’t able to eat my fries due to them resembling something from ancient Egypt that was suddenly awakened, sat on fire, and then chopped up with an ice pick.

The people there are nice but the inside looks like it hasn’t been touched since pre-Covid…. Stick to the drive through and you’ll be happy.

Everytime I go here the food is hot and fresh the employees are always in great spirits. Kudos to all of them. Able to do a great job and have fun.

While traveling from the Pacific to the Atlantic with my pooch, I made sure I had my daily Chocolate Frosty! One sweet server gave us our order for free! Of course, Muffin's was vanilla! There's nothing better than Wendy's Large Chocolate Frosty!!!

Just an awful experience. I didn’t even want to eat here, but there are very few options around the Mid Rivers Mall. Some person in front of us held up the line so badly by ordering so much food. When we got to the menu to order, the employee was rude. It took forever to get the food. When we got to the food window, the employees seemed more interested in talking about their personal lives instead of helping customers. The lady working there was again super rude!! The burger was nasty and had way too much ketchup and mayonnaise on it. Super gross!! Fries have no flavor anymore. My stomach is hurting after this meal. I would recommend to skip Wendy’s. The food quality has really gone downhill. I thought maybe it was just the location in Orlando that had issues, but no it’s a full chain issue. I will be avoiding all Wendy’s from now on!

Arrived to the drive-through. Attempted to place an order - I said what I wanted, and the lady on the headset said “huh i cant hear you” So I repeated it. She said “huh, i cant hear you!!” While screaming at me. As anybody would do after repeating themselves I spoke much louder. This time she asked me not to yell at her and told me she refused to service me after she had been yelling at me previously That she couldn’t hear me. At that point my spouse Was speaking up in the back as well to see if that would help her hear any better. Upon arriving to the window, I was told that she’s deaf- Why is the only deaf person in this store on headset? Nobody else in the store had a headset on to even Chime in to help. Not to mention the poor service that gives when you’re getting screamed at then you have to scream back absolutely not. The only thing we were coming for was Frosty’s… You guys can’t even get that from me going forward. Lbvs. After such a horrible experience, I had pulled over to go inside and speak with the manager about what was going on .. Upon walking in The apparently deaf girl says “ohh here shes coming inside now “ and gives me a death stare… listen! If she wanna keep the LIL job she has, she WILL watch her attitude!!!! PERIOD! Calling corporate on her and the entire store for the absolute worst service in history of wendys!

Tried to go here at 10pm when they are open til midnight and they had the doors locked. Meanwhile there were workers doing nothing inside. What a joke

They were so rude and almost yelling at me. I stood there for at least over 10 minutes but I let that go they were busy thu the drive thu but still no reason to jump on me and tell me she will not wait on me. People were very surprised what she did to me. So I was in my car for while I couldn’t help from crying and shaking and some people came to my call and she treated me wrong. Why should we have to take this now days and we don’t even get good service are most fast food places just don’t care no more. I did say I was very sorry but why should I have go and be so upset and crying for something she couldn’t handle a bad day❤️🙏o ya why would you treat a73 year old woman that way😢😬

The food is outstanding, especially their Fuego chicken and fries. I love spicy, and this really hit the spot. The restaurant is clean as well. I wish the service were a little better. It's something I've noticed sometimes completely missing at other places. I know it's a hot day, and they likely would rather not be at work. But it's a service job, and you gotta give customers a nice, welcoming place to eat. I'm sure not to be the only one who's noticed it. Hope friendless can be taught more in fast food places.
