They always have their light off. They are very weird. The food is never fresh. I’ve always had the worst experiences here. Honestly, they’re terrible establishment. The managers apparently hired her daughters and they’re very very unprofessional. I’ve caught the daughter. I believe her name is summer. She’s always outback smoking weed. She’s never indoors and then this guy James he’s absolutely terrible. I just went into this location today, December 3rd and the wonderful manager her name is summer. She actually refuse service to me wouldn’t let me purchase my food and I was gonna buy me and my friends at least $20 worth of food at this establishment. I think it’s very sad. This company allows people like her to have a job. It’s disgusting when she sits out back and smokes all the time many times have I walked out to this establishment, I live close and she’s always outside and I of course, in this video captured her refusing service to me.

So I just wanted to give a shout out to Feline Amignan(if I spelled it wrong, my deepest apologies!). I have order a certain way for yrs(adding cheese to a certain sandwich) and she mentioned a different option that actually cost me less than I usually pay! No one ever recommended that! So props to her for that suggestion! It was super yummy!

It doesn't matter if the food is good or not, when the employee with the attitude that works around 9/10pm is consistently rude, I will go the extra mile to find a restaurant that will welcome my business. The owner should retrain this emlpoyee today. There are too many places to eat that will treat customers good every time.

Jungerman St. Peters MO location is horrible. They are slow, food is always warm and not fresh, and they never give you a receipt. I been here several times and no reason their receipt machine has been broken for over a year.

Never again Bought two hamburgers. They seem like they were on a warmer for hours. What a waste . Ordered mustard and onions. Got the works. Terrible. Ended up throwing them away

Everytime I come here on my lunch break it’s the same lady up front who is very rude and should not be working customer service if you can’t even acknowledge customers and pretend to be polite
Well I went into Wendy's thinking that I was gonna get 50 nuggets for $10 I actually spent $50 on Nuggets that weren't cooked properly And I was going to say who was being very rude to me but they don't wear name tags here I guess but this lady with short green hair was Extremely rude Got us cups but then didn't tell us that their machine for soda was flat but then Proceeded To tell other people that the machine was flat And then she gave me the wrong drink when I asked for a drink And she just had an attitude all in general worst Wendys I've ever been to.
