Easily overwhelmed staff. I hope the owner enjoys his wage savings while I never come to this one again.
BTW, the big blonde employee guy was a jerk. If he needs to yell at another employee for helpong customers who couldn't figure out the kiosk he should do so quietly in the back room. Blonde dude cares at least but needs to learn what looks bad and be given a lower pressure position.
Kudos to the guy who cared about the customers.

Went to try the orange cream Coke. The self-service machine has little to no carbonation and has been that way for a while. Normally I like this location but I don't recommend dining in.

Learn how to talk to your customers if you can’t do a job let your customers know you can’t do it. Don’t expect to be paid for a terrible job.
I will never come into this location again and it’s literally two minutes from my house. I will go out of my way from now on to be treated right and give my hard earned money to people who deserve it.

The food was delicious. It is my second favorite restaurant to eat at. Overall service? 10/10 Got the best boss ever, Richelle. She makes sure everything runs smoothly. She is on top of her game. Even when she says she is not. The restaurant is clean. Crew is employees are the best fast food employees ever.
Vegetarian options: There really are not many options for vegetarians and vegans.
Parking: 2 Handicap parking spots

Night manager tonight(2-7-25 Friday night) very rude and unprofessional! You should not have mangers with poor and unprofessional attitudes running the store! Very bad for business!! I will be reporting her to the higher ups! Very very unsatisfied! Not only did they give me wrong sandwich, they forgot all the straws, forgot all the sauces for the nuggets, all the orders of fries were old and cold, but also forgot the 4 piece nuggets that came with the meal!! Had to reorder so my son can eat. When I got my food the second time they only put half a piece of bacon on the son of a baconator and forgot my large chili. Very poor of an excuse of a fat food restaurant!!!

I'll be contacting someone that hopefully cares about their business. For how expensive it is for subpar food the service should be decent.

Either the hiring manager wouldn't know disrespect if it spat in his burger or the employees are under a crazy time crunch but the last couple of months, everytime I've been the employees make it very clear they could not be bothered to spend more than 20 seconds taking your order. They use an annoying and disrespectful tone of voice, then they serve you cold fries and a burger with a whole jar of mayo on it. Literally, any other option on Jungerman beats this customer service.

I watched a young man be berated and fired just for giving a name. I understand if theres policy but no reason to publicly embarrass him the way they did. Take him to the back and have a conversation. On top of that the register was broken and I waited for more than 20 minutes for food when it was slow and 5+ people working.

Jeremy should not be employed. It seemed an inconvenience that he had to take orders. Only spoke to say here or to go and my total. He messed up one of my burgers. I took it back and he said I didn't say that. Maybe if his earbuds were out, he could properly do his job. He didn't give a receipt and wouldn't reprint. I had to buy another plain burger. This put my sons burger at the end of a busy line. I had to ask 3 times for the receipt for the new burger so I could do a corporate complaint.

The staff's attitude was nothing short of atrocious; they treated me as if I were an inconvenience.
The pick-up process felt like it took an eternity, and I could see other customers waiting as well. Instead of apologizing for the delay, the staff continued to treat people poorly. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in an industry that relies heavily on good service.
