After years of never having one man, take me on a nice date for Valentine's Day. I decided to finally take matters into my own hands. I called up my sister, and told her to put on her Sunday Best. We made our reservation and when we arrived, I wasn't sure what to expect. As I walked up to the door, I could see the balloons and confetti and all the other decorations. I instantly started laugh. But I also was appreciative of the effort they made. When you walked in, there was literally a hostess booth with a hostess, waiting for your reservation 😂😂😂 they treated us so nicely honestly it was some of the best service I've ever received. Lol! Valentine's Day at White Castle can't be beat. Grab yourself a 30 pack of sliders and your Imodium A.D. Just make sure you don't do any stuff that night because it's gonna be rough. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻😂😂

What's left to say It's a St. Louis cuisine that I've been eating for over 55yrs. Recommend it to anyone visiting the St. Louis area.
Absolutely ridiculous late night wait. This was 1 AM on Saturday night. They are intentionally taking their time so not to have any customers, it’s obvious. Literally waited ONE HOUR with 3 cars in front of me. It was insane, had to stay in line out of principle. Absolutely ridiculous. HORRIBLE DO NOT

Had an online order that went to this location instead of one closer to home. The staff were very accommodating and fixed the order so half had no onion. This team is full of superstars and kind people when they could have just ignored the request. 100/10.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. It seemed like they just didn’t want me there!!! So I left after waiting 15 minutes & being told it would be another 15 minute delay.
