Ordered online at 7:26 and left with a refund at 8:21. I understand it’s NYE, so I knew I’d be waiting a little bit longer than normal, which was fine. However, the staff should be scheduled accordingly. Especially when there is a new years special for 100 wings. There was also a guy waiting with me that had placed his order at 6:20, still waiting!!! Absolutely terrible!

Wings are great when they actually give you the ammount you order . I ordered 10 . Instead of getting a mix of drummies and flats I received 8 flats no drummies . Not only was I missing 2 wings they only gave me flats ! It was such a waste of money . It literally was not even a snack and im a small woman . I will never ever eat here again . Even if im starving . This is the second problem I’ve had with them . The first time I ordered / they canceled my order and didn’t give me a refund . I had to contact their manager just to get the refund from the food they refused to deliver to me . This place is a joke . Run

Was given the wrong order, called a Karen by an employee for asking for the correct order, have had to call the refund line once a week for over a month & still don't have a refund.

Order delivery door dash never showed up. Reordered and my 10 piece chicken combo had a drums in it not one flat. I normally order from this location a couple times a week. Will never do so again. Terrible service.

Uber Eats order. $25 worth of food. Ordered at 5:50p. Driver arrived at 6:18p. Driver still waiting for food at 7:15p Horrendous.

Jaden is amazing. The restaurant was absolutely slammed due to Fight Night but Jaden was helpful and kind to every person through the door! We all could take a lesson from her about patience, she is an asset.

Drink .aching down, still got charges for the drinks in meal, this is understandable one price for everything type thing. When we asked for some extra dip they charged us for it. When asked if we could just swap it out for the drink since we got charged for a service that we couldn't access we were told they couldn't do that. Very disappointing

Terribly short-staffed. Or they say so. Doesn’t follow posted times. Prioritizes to-go orders over dine-in.
My friend and I showed up at 10:45 because we drove across towns to meet each other when Google said they opened.
Well posted on their window, actually painted, is 11am open time. So automatically they have it wrong in google.
We watched as an employee drove up and got let in, but we were not. As the employee got let in, no one acknowledged us or said anything.
We watched another customer come up, try the door and leave. 11:00 came and went and no one came to the door, or even looked at us. We were looking in the windows too, not weird, not mad, just looking, wondering. I call them. No answer. I call again. No answer.
Another 10 min passes and we leave to go to Lees. Already 25 min we waited and not even inside to order.
No sign saying online orders only.
And if we did order online, how would we pick it up? And from what employees? The ones ignoring us?
When we get to Lee’s, i call one more time. The manager picks up, says they have been shorthanded and he apologizes. Says they are open now. We drive back.
Guy walks up to front, doesn’t acknowledge us right away. They do look very busy. Makes me wonder about their scheduling. Is it fair? Or are the employees not doing it right?
After an awkward silence he takes our order. He says give us about 15 min.
We sit down. We sit for about 20 min. During that 20 min, approx 8 other people came in for pickup orders. We watched a lot of fresh food go out right in front of our noses. We may not have placed an online order, but we were physically here first. What’s the point of a brick and mortar location if you’re going to ignore diners for doordashers?
We got our food. It was pretty good. There were flies around the entrance. No flies outside whatsoever. No trash outside. But flies all around the soda machine. We got our food 1 whole hour after we originally got there at the posted open time. They were kinda nice, but the service was so atrocious for other reasons I wasn’t even worried about that.
I hope these guys get some extra staff or a better schedule or something.
I won’t be going here again. I just moved here and i will be here for a few years at least. Good thing there are other food places.

Order food for delivery and the order was completely different, tried to get my money or an exchange through the app but was denied. This isn’t the first time, very frustrating.

Caught delivery driver put the food on the porch, pretend he took picture to show it was delivered and then pick it back up and take it back to his car. I opened my door and made him give it to me.
I ordered my food for delivery. The fries were unseasoned. The wings and boneless came with no ranch. Do better.

New to the area and wanted wings. They were very busy but when we got our order 30 minutes after the pick up ready by time, the food was lukewarm/cold. And the wings were half tossed in sauce and the fries were cold. Very disappointed. Also they put all the different wings we ordered in to one box. seperated by that food paper. I would say two different kinds per box to keep from being messy and looking messy. I get they were busy but maybe the system needs to prompted a longer wait time or something when this occurs so people are not standing in the store waiting for pick up orders. and then getting food that is cold. Sounds like time manager needs to be addressed. We will try this again once more, but may call to see if busy prior to placing order online.

Wow I came to write a good review and I notice so many bad ones and I’m shocked. I placed an online order and when I got there I was immediately greeted by a nice lady asking if I was picking up an order and the name on it. I told her and she said they’re working on it. As I waited I watched the whole team work their butts off. I had a bigger order and when I got home I was just expecting something to be wrong lol but nope! Everything correct hot and perfect. It was delicious they were working so hard and remained calm and professional I will be back ?

Food tastes incredible. Workers are doing their best. Prices are literally insane. My (favorite) part of my experience was when I called their number to order, and the prompt just keeps saying thanks for calling no matter what number you click, it just restarts the prompt. Figure it out please… unreal
