went in to be told we couldn’t order because there was one worker. not the workers fault… but come on it’s 10:00 and you close at 1am. management needs to do better cause how can you be fast food but you can’t order…

had hair in wings long black hairs was told i would get a refund for that problem. been now almost 2 weeks and still waiting, i’ve called up there many times and seems weird they keep saying it will get refunded and nothing happens. i would never recommended ordering from here it always was 20 mins past our pick up time and they never started the wings… bad service

At 1:00pm, I placed an order online for pickup at 5:45pm. I arrived at 5:40pm and was told it would be another 10 minutes. It took until 630 to get my small order. I don’t understand the purpose of ordering ahead of time when people who order after you get theirs before you.
Somehow the wings were also warm, not hot.

This place almost killed us! DO NOT EAT HERE! They gave us ROTTEN RANCID CHICKEN! No one cared, the gm has not reached out. It was so rotten we brought it back up for the manager to smell. We are contacting the health department first thing this morning. This place needs to be shut down.

Workers are mean as hell. I placed order through website, it charged my account, and the worker I spoke to immediately got snappy and dismissive, saying I wasnt in the system. So I left. This is a wretched place. The wait time is forever too. NEVER come here please. Spare yourself the misery.

Just visited the mid Rivers Wingstop the team that is on staff at 8:32 PM Wednesday, June 25 are doing an amazing job. I really appreciate a good staff very quick very polite overall 10 out of 10.
