I was severely overcharged for 2 things of yogurt that my daughter and I came in for I was told one price but charged another. $50 dollars over what I was told the price was.
This is only my 2nd time in here but the first time I ordered online. My daughter enjoyed the topping selection and we were having a mommy daughter day and she wanted a treat. So this time we went in. I was told 29.06 but when I looked at my statement was charged 79.06 . My husband came to me confused and then I was confused. Tried to call twice and no one picked up. Only to get there and see her just sitting watching stuff on a computer.
I brought up what the issue was but she kept telling me she didn’t understand me nor did she have a way to look any of the info up. So I have left my name and #. I wanted them to give them a chance to rectify before I left reviews and marked it as fraud on my account as I did agree to be charged just not that amount. I will not be returning, even without the massive overcharge it is overpriced. I would suggest going elsewhere or at the very least making sure you ask for a receipt.

Was clearly labeled gluten free! Very clean. The man working was very polite. Would Def recommend and go back!! I got cheesecake and cake flavor. No issues and I have a gluten allergy!

We might be going through a pandemic but it's dang good (Edit) alright me explain I was eating their food at the time I made this review brutally being honest it was 10 out of 10 the yogurt was so good that I couldn't help myself that I wrote this review yes the atmosphere was 10 out of 10 the service was amazing the staff explained all the toppings they had what to do how to do it like operating the yogurt machine and honestly that day I was with my siblings we snuck away from the house and got yogurt from here which I don't usually do that I only did it to bond with my siblings honestly glad I did very kid friendly would go again if given the chance to good times good times ?
Kid-friendliness: They are super family and kid friendly, such polite staff. When I went there, I visited this establishment with my sister and brothers, and man, was it delicious, and would love to go there again they had themed little yogurt cups which made it a lot better not gonna lie since all the kiddos who went there looked so happy at seeing the colors on the cups so I would say they hit right on target with kid friendliness
