My sisters and I came to Saint Genevieve for a couple days to explore the S-Town. He stumbled upon Stella and meat Café. The best little café that I have never been to! The best sandwiches I have ever eaten and the desserts are to buy for!

After finishing our business in town, we stopped in for a drink and desert. We were delighted by the assortment of unique specialty cakes and desserts served by the slice. We ordered a few and shared them between the two of us along with raspberry tea. The atmosphere was warm and pleasing, and we enjoyed our treats on the sidewalk along the picturesque small town street. The servers were professional and delightful, and we enjoyed meeting several of the local regulars. We’re looking forward to stopping by Stella & Me Cafe again for breakfast and lunch sometime soon.

The food it's self made me forget my name. The taste buds almost exploded at the wonderful quality of my pretzel bun sandwich
Oh and if your wondering why the place is empty that's because of the packed sidewalk seating

I've tried to eat here twice. Never actually made it though. The first time I tried, my son dropped his drink on the floor and the server was super rude about it so after I cleaned it up we left. Tried again today. It was packed and I wasn't sure where to go since I've never eaten there before. I asked the woman if I should order with her or wait for a table because there wasn't a place to sit. She just shrugged and said sorry. I was then told to sit at a dirty table (which I did) but then she didn't come back even for a drink order so I left bc I didn't want to sit at a dirty table. Also, she looked like the only person even working, so she looked unpleasantly stressed and I figured the service would take forever so once again, I left.

Cute place, delicious food. We went at lunchtime, so the place was busy, but the server was pretty quick, and the food was excellent.
Kid-friendliness: No one looked at us weird for bringing kids, some of the other patrons even smiled and spoke kindly to them.
