I ordered online and when I got my food, the sandwich was not toasted and when I unwrapped the sandwich my lettuce was all over and it was not wrapped correctly

My family and I have been coming to this location for years and can honestly say we have had very few, if any messed up orders or bad experiences. The crew that works at this location are some of the most friendly people you could ever meet and they do whatever it takes to make things right. It’s truly the best subway I’ve been in.

I enjoy the daily sandwich of the day every time I go in during the week. Great service 👏, I like the great attitude of the chefs always friendly 👍 keep up the great work ladys🥰
This store is the best local Subway we have. The employees go out of their way to make sure customers always get taken care of correctly. This store is very clean and organized. I go to this Subway often and they always have me in and out within 5 minutes. I will come to this store again!

It's been about 2 months ago we ordered from doordash and our sandwiches were not heated all the way as ordered and very sloppy. I did not complain. Then about 3 weeks ago I walked into the subway ordered my toasted footlong Philly and this younger girl with long brown hair seemed very aggravated to be taking my order. She toasted my sandwich as I requested but when it came out it wasn't in there very long as she took the sandwich out before the buzzer went off , the cheese was hardly melted so I asked her is that sandwich toasted all the way through she rudely said yeah with a huff in her voice they said you want me to put it back in there or something ? I said yes please. She put it back in there give me my total for my order and I said well can I get one of the footlong cookies as well she turned around as she was huffing saying no words which at that time she was taking my sandwich out before the buzzer again and that was probably like a total of not even 60 seconds I live 2 minutes away I get home open up my sandwich and it's not cooked all the way through still. So then I attempt to call the Subway 45 minutes I tried calling I finally get an answer so I asked for the manager so I told her well I was just in there and my sandwich I got was not cooked all the way through and she yelled at me saying yes it was! So I said no ma'am it was not it is not and my cookie is not done all the way she said no it's not and hung up on me I tried to contact the manager for the next 2 or 3 days and she was never there any time of the day that I called there's only one Subway locally unfortunately it's ran by A manager that's never there and rude employees untrained employees. I worked as a Subway manager for over 10 years and I know how you should treat a guest and how your sandwiches should be toasted a debate with myself on a regular basis considering if I should go back to the Subway or not. Which I probably will try still again because I love Subway but God knows I pray they have new employees by that time. And hopefully someone there to run the store. I wasted $19 on a sandwich and a cookie that was not done and they do not care.

I’m not a subway fan. The draw this time was the foot long pretzel. She asked if we wanted cheese. Yes! Got a super hot pretzel with COLD cheese!😒The foot long churo was yucky. Tasted like burnt brown sugar. The raspberry cheesecake cookies were fab. The ladies were kind and expedient.

Let me first say that we have eaten at this store many times and have always had great service. However, today we stopped in for lunch and there was a different manager on the weekend in charge than is usually during the week when we eat there.
This particular manager did not have a name tag. She was very loud and obnoxious during the whole time we were eating our lunch. They were short handed and she was letting every customer know so. She was belittling the employees and telling them how sloppy they were and that she couldn’t handle working like this. In the process of cleaning and refilling the produce she was tossing the metal containers to the young man in the kitchen, loudly banging and clanking the pans for all to hear.
We have never seen or heard such a commotion from a shift manager before. I hope this person is removed or trained on how a manager should act and treat their employees.
