We stopped here on my birthday following our adventures at Onondaga Cave State Park! What a treat! My husband mentioned it was my birthday and the owner came out with a candle lit cookie singing Happy Birthday! It was such a sweet gesture! The location is so peaceful (hence the name), private, and serene! We ate lunch, delicious(!), and had a bottle of white wine, also delicious! Fantastic prices (especially when compared to what some of the wineries in Defiance are now charging). I would also take this ambiance over those any day! Thank you for making my birthday extra special!

Worth the detour! We had the best time, and it was so affordable. Food was delicious, drinks also amazing, and the view. The beer and rum were my favorite, but wine was also very impressive. Must get the root beer float with spiced rum!

We loved this place.No charge to sample wines and they were really good.They also brew a couple of beers that were excellent.We had the slider (tasty local beef cooked perfectly), chicken salad ( clearly freshly made and delicious ), the pork sandwich (excellent ) and the max and beer cheese ( also very good).The chips are great (goat eat chips) and the homemade slaw was the perfect balance of sweet and vinegar.Nice view and the folks working here are super nice. Great service.Loved it here and hope to be back soon.

WONDERFUL experience! The staff was delightful, the wine was delicious, the beer cheese and pretzels was heavenly, and our pup companion was super sweet. Sitting on the back deck was so relaxing, enjoying the breeze and the hummingbirds. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem. You will not be disappointed!!
