I had such a great experience at Subway thanks to Gracie! She was super friendly, welcoming, and patient while I decided on my order. She made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it and paid attention to all the little details. You can tell she really cares about giving great customer service and making sure everything is fresh and well-prepared. Her positive attitude made the whole visit so much better. Subway is lucky to have her—I’ll definitely be coming back!

We’ve stopped going to Subway at home. Love visiting Steeleville Subway location when camping. Kind service, extremely clean and organized-everything you’d hope for when grabbing lunch!

If I could leave negative I would I ordered a sandwich that was steak pepper jack cheese onions and green peppers with bacon sandwich cost me 16 dollars and my buddy went to pick it up now mind you I had just worked a 13 hr shift and hadn't eaten so I ate the first half of my sandwich without even thinking but by the time i got to the end of it I realized that I was eating a steak and bread sandwich no veggies no salt or pepper when calling I got told by the manager that she could fix the half a sandwich I had left or remake it tomorrow and when I asked for a number to district or regional manager and was told she was not aloud to give out the number however she would take mine and give it to them however so I'm waiting on a call if I don't receive one I will be there in person after my 12 raising hell we all know how bad money is right now so when we can indulge we shouldn't be met with excuse when the order is wrong and no options to make it right

Do not visit here. They make online sandwiches wrong and their excuse is new people don't read. Staff of extremely rude and laughed about 4 sandwiches made wrong. Highly unprofessional when charging 15.00 on avg for a sandwich

Not only does Google say they are open until 10 but so does their Subway app! Apparently though that's not true. Put in an order for pickup online, told me to hurry and place my order bc that store stops taking orders at 9:30 as they close at 10 (this all ON THEIR APP). Placed my order around quarter after and the app told me my order was placed and within about 10 min it went to telling me it was being prepared and then that it was ready for pick up. My husband went to get our dinner and they were closed! We paid and everything and bc of the time I ended up having to feed my children gas station food and it cost me a fortune. Needless to say I was not happy at all...hence the 2 stars.

Store hours say 7:00am till 10:00 pm.Sat there till 7:30 with employees inside but no one opened the store. Went to web page and it said they were open but no, also wrong. Went to mobile for my sandwich.

We are staying out here for the weekend. The store was very clean , and pleasant. Christy was super nice and was very patient . Thank you , she is a great employee and very quick and efficient , and the food was great . Thank you .

I had them to remake my sandwich because they didn't get it right the first time from the mobile app. How can you mess up a sandwich from the mobile app when it's very detailed? Huh? Go figure.

Hour long wait for an online order. Was supposed to be ready at 8:20, but I'm writing this review while still waiting in the parking lot at 9:20. Very poor customer service. A lot of the people who work here are also quite rude. If this wasn't one of the only dining establishments in town, I'd never touch the place with a ten foot pole.

They took the best thing off the menu, the Roast Beef. Needless to say I won't be going here much.
