My wife and I have ate here many times and have always been pleased with the overall service and food wether it be take out, sit down in dining room or bar. My only reason for 3 stars stars has to do with the last time we ate here (8/16/21).My wife son and I came in specifically for Happy hour at around 5:30 so that we could eat a little bit cheaper like we have done MULTIPLE times, but were told that we could not take advantage of happy hour because we have a young kid with us and we weren't aloud to sit in the upfront bar area where there are multiple tables away from the bar. I found this ridiculous because we have set up there multiple times with no issues, and I would think generally younger families would want to take advantage of a very reasonably priced drinks and meal.

The best meal we’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. We’re on our 12 year anniversary trip & this was delicious. Also enjoyed the football game with what we assume was the owners, it was a great time and we can’t wait to make the trip back!

This adorable restaurant was out of this world amazing! My husband and we’re on the lake all day and stubbled upon this gem. The food, service and atmosphere is a 10 out of 10 star!! We’ll be coming back and telling everyone we know.(Also if you haven’t tried the mash potatoes you are missing out. )

Kind of creepy that you video people while they're trying to eat. I totally get security cameras, but to video every single person sitting at a table eating their meal is a bit like north Korea. You're reply to my comment is nuts. I bet you have videos in the bathrooms too. Creepy. Definitely not ever recommending this creepy place. Owner is NUTS.

Ok, service is good. I like the seating- soft cushi roll around chairs around good dining tables. Clean.Food:. Not really fair to judge on a one time dine unless it's perfection, ours wasn't. I'll give it one more chance as everything else seemed to be in place.
Absolutely the best meal I've had in ages. Ordered the double pork chop, rice and, broccoli. This was prepared with a light sauce over the chop that had flavor in every bite. I am clueless about a prior reviewer saying this establishment only served fried food, obviously they are confused with another restaurant. The server, a young boy had me in stitches, I don't think he realized how rude he was while taking our orders, but somehow he pulled it off! Several times he told me he was growing old while waiting for me to decide, lol. With that said, they have a gold mine as long as they retain their chef. Incredible culinary skills.

Asked for a med/well burger, most of it was raw & the bun was very chewy/soggy.The service was extremely slow.The chicken fried chicken was small, cold, tasted microwaved & extremely soggy.The highlight was that the greenbeans were hot & so were the fries.Also when it's brought to the owners attention that things are not correct we pretty much got told it was our fault.

Stellar in Stockton! Our group had a wonderful evening. We were visited by the bartender, owner and chef. The service had that warm, small town feel, but the food delivered big city taste. If you are looking for a great evening with phenomenal service in a fun/make you feel like family environment, stop here! Thank you for making us feel like lifelong friends. We will be back. ?

Outstanding! Handmade smoked corned beef on a rueben. Wow. Wish we were here longer so I could try a few other items. Great wait staff Stacey especially nice and efficient.
