I ordered my drinks, spent $6.24, gave the car hop $20. He brings me $13 back and tells me he doesn't have enough change for 76 cents. Asked me if I want it. My thinking, you go in for change but you don't bring it all. I said yes I want it. He goes in comes back out and gives me the 76 cents. Then ask me for his tip. I am not required to leave a tip and what he tried to do is steal his tip. I normally would leave a tip but he had all intentions in keeping my change. This carhop was rude.

I want my review to reflect on the employees because they make the difference in weather the company makes money or not. Today your employees deserve a lot of company gratuity (bonus). If Sonic is franchised there's going to be job competition and in today's world retention is going to be almost impossible. Better keep the good ones any way you can.

Just Went to get a coney an ice cream an the person wasnt very nice wont be goin to this location again
After waiting several minutes with no response. I watched a staff person come out and start yelling at a customer parked behind me and shouting about how busy they were. I usually do not give reviews but I've never seen such extreme, inappropriate, unprofessional behavior. It's crazy that place is still in operation.

I would give a no star review if it was possible to do. Very disappointed with the situation. Pulled up to the stall for trucks with trailers pushed the button for service and after watching two different carhops see us there I called and asked what was going on with the stall we were at and was told it's out of service. There was no sign stating that on the stall. And for the carhops to see us and not letting us know was poor service on their part.
