I want my review to reflect on the employees because they make the difference in weather the company makes money or not. Today your employees deserve a lot of company gratuity (bonus). If Sonic is franchised there's going to be job competition and in today's world retention is going to be almost impossible. Better keep the good ones any way you can.
Shasta has been the one to serve me in recent visits to the Sonic in Stockton, MO and she gives excellent customer service. Food was hot and fresh and she is friendly and attentive! Great experience!
