Their staff are so friendly and focused on providing a stellar service experience - you always get greeted with a smile and they are quick to get your order. Their burgers taste amazing and are filling, their sides are always hot and crisp, and their blackberry cobbler with ice cream is sinfully delicious. Went thru drive thru ordered a chicken basket meal specifically asked for large fry was also told no drink with a meal? Which is weird because friends told me it WAS supposed to be included But whatever every place has different qualifications on meals, paid $15, waited for quite a bit and they gave me a bag (not the usual box it comes in but whatever just not great presentation) with literally small handful of fries and two burnt chicken strips. Brought it back in and politely showed them the meal and asked to at least get my third chicken strip. They were quite displeased with that and the “cooks” were starring at me like I kicked their dog, but they re made it and threw it in a small bag AGAIN and I just left, didn’t even get the coleslaw the meal was supposed to have but after everything it was just to much of a issue and I didn’t wanna keep having them remake it. Maybe it was an off day but horrible service. Bummer

Went thru drive-thru for a late lunch. Ordered two burger combos with onion rings and fried cauliflower. Off smelling hamburger meat. The worst homemade onion rings I've ever had...absolutely zero flavor, and the battered tasted like plain flour. Horribly greasy. The fried cauliflower tasted fishy. Yuck! The woman working the drive-thru was not friendly at all. We'll never be back after our horrible experience. I feel sorry for the citizens of Stockton if that's their only burger option. This place should just close its doors.
