As long as I been a driving trucks I’ve never had a issue with the love chain but today I ordered from the hardees in loves and they get my order wrong I’m glad I didn’t go down the road or I would’ve been in a position I took the burger back into hardees with my receipt and did they give me the wrong burger and they realized they did and asked if I wanted them to put another patty on my burger and I told them no the burger is cold and I would like a new one while waiting the young lady started making my burger then stopped when two other orders came in behind me I asked is she making my burger and she got a attitude and started yelling at me then she tried begin to refund my money back without me asking when all I wanted was my burger made right

Lady that works drive thru in the morning, and the manager are both lazy and incompetent morons. Order a plain sausage biscuit with a piece of chs added, and they try to charge me almost $5. This has happened the 3 times I've gone for breakfast in the last 2 months. I've told them every time that I can go to any other Hardee's, and it's just under $3. She tried to give me a 12 cent discount this morning because I called them out, AGAIN. They need to hire people who care and do better training.

The staff matters in the quality of service & food. The other day we came, fresh biscuits, fresh hasbrowns everything was hot and for the most part perfect. Today though the staff was completely different and also was the experience. Not only was the staff member rude that took my order, but everything was old and dried out. Would say I got hashbrowns except they were mashed up pieces from the the left over previous batches, biscuits were old and dry and wouldn't even hold together. Appalling service all the way around on this particular visit. Completely overrides the previous experience. Ended up throwing away the food and had to get food elsewhere.

Wow. I generally dislike fast food chains at truck stops but the chicken tenders I got from this Hardee's, omfg. So tender and moist, and I'm greedy with the dipping sauce anyway, but wow.
It's 08/06/2024 at 1931. I don't know if they operate the same schedule over and over but damn.

The food was great, except for the fact that I asked for no bacon and they put bacon on it anyways, other than that, the food was fine just can’t give full stars because of the lack of ability to follow instructions

Evening shift, tallest one there working the register that chicken wings his arm to make you reach over the register for the receipt…with glasses and peeling black fingernail paint has me convinced he was a robot until I saw him chuckling with a co-worker. 99% sure they would fail a drug test. I’m just happy he was on the register and not the grill.
