I have had a very hard day today, and I stopped in here and ordered 2 hamburgers and a LG dr. Pepper. To my surprise they also gave me a apple pie. Thank you for that it made my day a little better!

Seating arrangement is horrible. No menu board at counter, I guess to encourage you to order at the kiosk. The fries were luke warm at best and the burgers were dry and not very hot either. This location has also eliminated the self serve beverage station, and about the only time you see an employee is when they bring food out to set at the counter... I'll drive further for better customer service and better quality food next time.
They were little slow on drive thru but they were training with a minor. Food was good

I went through the drive through tonight with my family and we watched an employee named Ayda sneeze in our cups filled with ice and then proceed to fill them tea and them to us. That is disgusting and unsanitary on so many levels.

I love supporting my local Strafford McDonald's I understand my order often takes time to get it correct, what I don't appreciate is when a worker and manager turn their backs on you when your trying to inform them of a problem.... not once but two days in a row. I would appreciate someone in management at the store to contact me for more details.
