Guess they ran out of eggs and got slick and didn’t put any eggs on my bagel. They also were bumping orders and forgetting about it and telling customers that things got switched up from the computer. No I used to work fast food and to make times people would bump orders when not ready so they look good. I’m more pissed about my $5 bagel with no eggs and one piece of bacon broke in half.

9/10/25 - 9:03pm, I orders a fish sandwich and snack wraps, got home and all the sauce’s were stuck together and the food was so old it was rock hard. Went back and kindly asked to have it replaced, provided my recipt and all the food untouched. Was told to pull forward and wait. After 20mins a rude old lady comes out with a clip board and says that’s too much food to remake and our GM said they will call you tommorrow and asked for my number. I then asked for a refund and they said unfortunately it’s a few cents over 12$ and that’s over my limit to refund, wait for a call tommorrow. I wasted over an hour of my time and feel like they stole my money. The old lady seemed like she enjoyed telling me that. I left with nothing but frustration. This location need to hire more and better people or do some training. That is not how you treat a customer and why would you make me wait that long just to say we’ll call you tommorrow as I can’t do nothing right now. This needs to be fixed! I already contacted corporate and will update on thier response

Just not happy with the food it was not what we ordered. I recommend checking order before leaving parking lot. Ordered four Mc bubbles and only got three two order of large fries and got medium.

Ordered one breakfast item and was pulled forward for 4 minutes. When they brought it and I drove away it was the wrong order. I then had to go back and go inside the restaurant to get the right order. When I walked in the manager was eating food with her hands and then came over to the register and started helping the person at the register immediately walked over and started handling food and did not wash her hands at all Mistakes happen. I get that, but there were no apologies. There was no nothing. It was bad attitude and extremely aggravating.

Huge disgrace to the snack wrap name I don’t know if this is all locations but my location you’re basically ordering a tortilla with a side of chicken and they don’t even roll it up like how it properly should be. It just makes a whole mess when you open the wrap.
Stopped just for a smoothie and at 9:30 I was told o can’t get one due to them cleaning the machine an hour and a half before closing. I’m so annoyed and wish I went to a different McDonalds.

Nice amount of parking, the double quarter pounder looked a bit bigger online but it was good, service took about 5 minutes.
