This is has been the best experience for a McDonald's i have ever had. I ordered from the kiosk and my coffee and food was brought out to me in less than 5 minutes. Very fast and a friendly staff. Thank you!!

They lost my order and treated me like a criminal even though I had it on my phone in the app. I waiting ~12 minutes and they still hadn't figured it out so I left. A $3 order haha. This McDonald's is usually great but today 1/29/26 they couldn't figure anything out

Got a bacon qtp. Got home(5 min max) and it was stone cold. Called the store to have it fixed, hang up on me because they’re telling me I’m stupid cuz they’re made to order. Well no duh. That’s why I got it. But it’s stone cold sitting in my hand. And then when I call to make a complaint again, they hang up and refuse to give me corporates information. These people need to grow up and actually do their job. My food was so cold it was like they set the bag outside in the snow for 30 minutes

Do the employees here not understand basic English or something? Had to repeat myself 3 times that I ordered a large OJ and still ended up getting the wrong drink because I can't sit there all morning. Plus the lady at the window was not very pleasant.

I stopped in at 5;30am to buy breakfast for my Team. I ordered 10 breakfast sandwiches, the lady that appeared to be the manager. Was being very rude. Throwing the food in the bags tapping her fingers on the counter. And throws the bags on the counter and walks away. I chip doesn't want my business ill take it elsewhere. But you should really stop in and see how your business is being run.

I have given this place a chance so many times.. and really it was only because I had to go here in a pinch for a quick dinner for the kids. This location is absolutely awful. It’s THE SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and that’s not only sometimes — it’s every time.
Across the span of about a year, I have had the wrong McFlurry given to me (when I was pregnant by the way), my kids were given happy meals without toys, most of my orders have been incorrect, my boyfriend and I ordered the same sandwich, and they put ALL the pickles on his and only one on mine. And when I say ALL the pickles, I mean 12 pickles. My kids have also received happy meals that were missing fries, dipping sauces, and drinks. I don’t think have had more than 3 visits without an issue.
This place needs a total overhaul. Plain and simple. Figure it out y’all.
Update: went through the irritating process of filing this complaint using the link that was provided. Finally submitted everything only to receive this lovely error message.

To preface this review, I want to have readers know that this is based off of MULTIPLE experiences, not just one or even a few. To start, service has always been extremely slow. I would understand this if the staff were backed up, but I’ve been in and they literally just talk to each other and ignore orders coming in and customers waiting. Fries are never salted. Orders often wrong and missing items. Even if you only order a drink, curb side pickup takes way longer than any McDonalds i’ve been to. Some of the staff are also rude. If you fix the service, food, and overall atmosphere, this could be an average McDonalds.

Once again they charged me for food we did not receive. And we did not find out until we were on the interstate. THANKS !!!!! My advise to stores, are stop hiring people who dant care.
