Walked inside waited several minutes to listen to prior customer complain about service. Said he had been coming there for years but waiting time was too long . After waiting several minutes without being spoken to by staff I decided to take my business elsewhere. Poor management if I had to make a guess and probably not well planned out kitchen. But who knows I won’t be going there again . Total waste of my time due to excess from highway

When i went in to order..The drive thru was a lil busy but no one was waiting to order or waiting for food inside. I place an order. Double Big Mac & small fry. It took me 15mins to 20 mins to recieve my order..The fries weren't hot like you would think they would be & the sandwich was very sloppy & not very fresh either...I also noticed the guy running the grill didnt have any gloves on handling meat off the grill...That's a huge NO NO. I couldn't tell if the person making the sandwiches had on gloves or not...If i were in management, i'd definetly be trying to fix this because that could get the establisment in big trouble with the health dept. I'm sure you guys don't want to get a unexpected visit from the health inspector.
The food is ok sometimes, but for the most part it’s not very fresh. The fries are almost always old and taste like old oil. The employees never seem happy at all.

Do not stop at this McDonald's. Wait the 10min either direction and go to the next one. Can't get order right, food isn't fresh, and they do nothing about it. Manager could care less about taking care of customers.

After arriving in the drive thru line this morning, I was treated to a nearly fifteen minute wait before being given the opportunity to attempt to place my order.The fella taking orders entered my order of two sausage egg and cheese biscuits incorrectly as plain sausage biscuits five times. How anyone can reduce six words to three over and over boggles the mind.On the fifth attempt to get my breakfast order entered correctly I had yelled loud enough for the poor souls waiting in each of the six vehicles in line behind me to know what I wanted.At this point, the fella asked me if his incorrect entry would complete my order and asked me if I could repeat my disapproval louder.Nearing wits' end, I replied that I had not waited in queue so long just to pay for food that I did not want and proceeded to leave in hopes of making it to Springfield in time to get breakfast there.Arriving at the next nearest McDonald's 3 minutes after they stopped serving breakfast was a fitting continuance of this horrible morning.
