This place is absolutely disgusting. It seems like none of the workers deserve to be there at all. A worker was outside smoking pot with teenagers. Workers sit around all day and once I seen a worker watching a movie on her phone when it was busy and the workers touch there phones with gloves and they don’t wipe the counters off. I’ve seen people vaping in the back and not once have I seen them cleaning anything in that store. I mean there’s homeless people sleeping in the bathrooms and not to mention the bathrooms look like they don’t get cleaned at all. This place is so unprofessional and disgusting. Please don’t come here at all. CLOSE IT DOWN

I am so sad to see this store. Manager has retired. You can a 100% tell a difference, it's sad to see. I had a quick little run in. I'm assuming with the district manager today. When I went to pick up my mobile order 30 minutes. It took for my order to be made after I placed it with no concern. She even rushed me off when I didn't want to hear Her explanation of how the app worked. When I've used it this whole entire time. The funny thing is, there was 2 corporate people walking around, observing the store and checking things. When their crew was sitting there, slaving through a whole lunch rush at the front counter and drive through instead of getting on On the table and helping your employee's, you guys would rather walk around the store and look for things to fix in the future instead of fixing a current problem.Which is the current wait times I watched a whole entire drive through line.Get cleared out before anyone got help at the counter.It's sad that the lady just retired and it's already gone downhill This quick.

Used to love this location. The last 3 months, there’s been a decline in service & quality. Keep getting wrong items and missed stuff. Worth driving the extra mile to the 23rd st location. Lady working the window in the mornings seems like she’s fresh out the pen. Grumpy, matter of fact and looks at you like ur an idiot no matter what you do. At first, I thought it was just being tired. I don’t think so anymore.

I was a Taco Bell a few days ago and a Really skinny younger man brown hair and a taco bell shirt on. Smoking out bong with a gentleman that didn't have taco bell shirt on. They were standing by a small silver car. I have children! Ugh I don’t need my kids seeing this as we go to get our food. It’s been a few days ago now and I won’t be going back to that location.

I ordered food from doordash and I was not able to change certain things in the app. I called this taco bell and spoke with Lilly. They were very helpful and professional about helping me fix my order. A great space and I'll always return. Thank you !

Placed a takeout order inside at the kiosk, there was 1 other customer inside waiting for food and maybe two cars in the drive through when I showed up. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for a very simple order, a gentlemen who came in 10 minutes after me even got his food before I did. After talking to the staff (they were very polite) I received my order. It seemed to me like they had forgotten to make it, or label it, or something. The food was good though the chalupas tortilla seemed a little more doughy than usual. Unfortunately I will probably not be returning.
