I come to this Taco Bell often and get the same thing. Food is always exceptional and the service is awesome too. However tonight the food was disgusting. The pizza shell tasted terribly weird. I could not eat it. So disappointed too. Maybe it was old or something but it tasted terrible. Almost as if something was on it like a chemical or something. Yuck

I wish taco bell was cheaper prices and still had the 5 dollar box so that sucks but I don't have a problem with this place if they ever messed up anything they've always fixed it. Food is about as good as your going to get at any taco bell idk why people act like it's chipotle or something and get upset lol that's why I wish they was cheaper but hey I can go there till 3 am.

When they ask you for sauce and you say yeah, be prepared to not get any. When you ask for sauce at all, be prepared to not get any. Don't use the drive through or you won't get any sauce no matter what.. forgetful employees? (Doubtful as there was only 2 people and i was 1) It's not rocket science.. just grab a handful of packets and throw then in the damn bag fr ?

Very disappointed, I went through the drive thru at 12:50 pm . And the workers including the manager was very rude. The worker threw me my change and the manager told me to get out of the car and pick up the change myself. And I don't know why they talked to me like they did. But personally I think it's because I am Mexican and was racist or what. But I bet I'm not the first person and won't be the last. And my food was all broken up and cold . .. DO NOT GO TO THAT TACO BELL .

There is a manager here that we refer to as the happy lady. She is always so nice and cheerful. This is probably the best location in Independence. They never let us down. The food is always good and hot. If you ever have a problem they will fix it right away. Go for it!!! Get you some Taco Bell!!!!!
