I had come in the other night and my order was completely wrong but with it being so close to closing time and I live so far out of town there wasn't a lot I could do at that time. I completed a survey explaining why my experience wasn't great and they contacted me the next day. I believe Emma (so sorry if this is incorrect name) is the one that contacted me through email told me that I could come in and they would not only correct my order but they would even give me my entire order even though there was only a couple of things that was incorrect free of charge. I work late and it was literally 25 minutes till their closing time and Jenny was very pleasant told me to come on in and I got my order! THANK YOU so very much! I really appreciate you all taking the time to make my experience that much better!

I went on Indeed and answered an ad for assistant manager. I was called for an interview for shift manager . The manager Nick said they are not a training store and only hire shift managers . When I got there he looked at my resume asked me if I was a felon which I'm not asked me why I wanted to work at Arby's. Then he kept saying you have no fast food experience. I have a degree in food service nanagement and managed the front and back of a hospital foodsevice for 20 years . He looked at me and said we don't want you Un professional . I'm sickened by this . I called the district manager he said we only promote ftom within and I said that ad is fake why was I led to believe I had a chance and drove 25 miles. He said I don't want you either . I am so sick from these people to say not we will get back to you but say we don't want you . A terrible disrespectful group of people fo not go to Sullivan ,Fenton or Washington Arby's. I have contacted corporate.

Arby's is always a good experience when I go there. I don't go as often as I like but when I do it's always a good selection. The staff is super friendly and the food is always on point
